3.2 Neteja inicial

Before first use, clean the appliance thoroughly.

1. Wash the interior of the pot, the lid, and the removable grid with warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry.

4.1 Funcionament general

1. Place the removable grid at the bottom of the pot.
2. Fill the pot with the desired liquid or place preserving jars on the grid. Ensure the liquid level is appropriate for your task (e.g., covering jars for preserving). Do not exceed the MAX fill line.

5. Turn the mechanical temperature control knob to the desired temperature (30°C - 110°C).
6. Switch the main power switch to 'On'. The red 'Heating' indicator light will illuminate.
7. Once the set temperature is reached, the red 'Heating' light may cycle on and off as the appliance maintains the temperature. The orange 'Keep Warm' light will indicate if the keep-warm function is active (if applicable to the selected temperature range).
8. After use, switch the main power switch to 'Off' and unplug the appliance. Allow it to cool before cleaning.

4.2 Using as a Preserving Pot

The 28-liter capacity is ideal for preserving fruits, vegetables, and meats.

1. Prepare your preserving jars according to standard preserving guidelines.
2. Place the jars on the removable grid inside the pot.
3. Fill the pot with water until the jars are covered by at least 2-3 cm, or as specified by your preserving recipe.
4. Set the temperature and processing time according to your recipe.
5. Monitor the temperature and ensure it remains consistent throughout the preserving process.

4.3 Using as a Hot Beverage Dispenser

The appliance is perfect for keeping mulled wine, punch, tea, or other hot drinks warm and serving them.

1. Prepare your beverage and pour it into the pot.
2. Set the desired serving temperature using the control knob.
3. Use the cool-touch drain tap to dispense beverages. Ensure the tap is fully closed after each use to prevent leaks.

4. Clean the interior of the pot with warm soapy water and a soft sponge or brush. The hidden heating element makes cleaning easier. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
