1. Introducció

4. Configuració

4.1 Desembalatge

4.2 Neteja inicial

Before first use, clean all removable parts and run a brewing cycle with water only.

1. Wash the insulated carafe, its lid, and the removable filter basket in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
2. Fill the water tank with fresh, cold water up to the MAX level (1.2 L).
3. Place the empty filter basket into its holder and close the top lid.

6. Press the power button to start a brewing cycle. Allow the cycle to complete.
7. Discard the water from the carafe. Repeat this process 2-3 times to ensure thorough cleaning.

5.1 Configuració del rellotge

When first plugged in, the display will show '12:00'.

1. Press the 'HOUR' button to set the hour.
2. Premeu el botó 'MIN' per ajustar els minuts.

5.2 Elaboració de cafè

1. Open the top lid and fill the water tank with fresh, cold water to the desired level, indicated by the water level gauge (see Figure 2). Do not exceed the MAX (1.2 L) mark.
2. Place a #4 cone-shaped paper filter (or use the permanent metal filter provided) into the removable filter basket.
3. Add the desired amount of ground coffee into the filter. A general guideline is one tablespoon of coffee grounds per cup (approximately 150ml). Adjust to taste.

5. Ensure the insulated carafe with its lid is correctly placed on the warming plate.

1. Follow steps 1-5 from "5.2 Brewing Coffee".
2. Press the 'PROG' button (or similar, refer to Figure 4 for button layout). The display will flash, indicating program mode.
3. Use the 'HOUR' and 'MIN' buttons to set your desired start time for brewing.
4. Press the 'PROG' button again to confirm the programmed time. The 'TIMER' indicator light will illuminate, confirming the timer is active.

4. The main unit is no dishwasher safe. The carafe and filter basket may be hand-washed only.

6.2 Descalcificació

Mineral deposits (limescale) can build up in your coffee maker over time, affecting performance. Descale regularly, depending on water hardness and frequency of use (e.g., every 2-4 weeks).
