2. Pour Mixture: With the machine off, carefully pour your chilled ice cream mixture into the removable bowl. Do not fill above the MAX line to allow for expansion during freezing.



3. Tanca la tapa: Securely place the transparent lid with the mixing paddle assembly onto the main unit.
4. Encès: Press the power button on the touch control panel.
5. Establir hora: Use the '+' and '-' buttons to set the desired churning time. For most recipes, 30-60 minutes is sufficient. The display will show the remaining time.



6. Comença a batre: Press the Start/Pause button to begin the churning process. The compressor will activate, and the paddle will start rotating.
