Configuració
Follow these steps to assemble your pizza oven:
- Desempaquetar components: Traieu amb cura totes les peces de l'embalatge.
- Connectar la xemeneia: Insert the removable chimney into the designated opening on top of the oven. Secure it with the waterproof cap.
- Desplega les cames: Extend the four foldable support legs until they lock securely into place. Ensure the oven is stable.
- Inseriu la pedra de pizza: Place the 33cm pizza stone inside the oven chamber.
- Position Loading Hopper: Attach the loading hopper at the rear of the oven for fuel insertion.
- Instal·lar la porta: Place the removable door at the front opening of the oven.

Instruccions de funcionament
Fueling and Ignition
- Càrrega de combustible: Place wood pellets or small pieces of wood into the loading hopper at the rear of the oven.
- Encendre: Use a torch or firelighters to ignite the fuel in the hopper.
- Monitor de flama: Use the control hole to check the flame and ensure consistent burning.
Preescalfament i cocció
- Preescalfament: Allow the oven to preheat for approximately 5 minutes to reach 150°C, and up to 450°C for optimal pizza cooking. The integrated thermometer provides real-time temperature readings.
- Inserir menjar: Once the desired temperature is reached, use the pizza peel to carefully insert your pizza or other food into the oven.
- cuiner: Pizzas typically cook in 30-40 seconds. Rotate the pizza periodically for even cooking.

Manteniment
Neteja
- Deixeu que el forn es refredi completament abans de netejar.
- Remove any ash or unburnt fuel from the loading hopper and oven chamber.
- Netegeu l'exterior amb anunciamp tela. No utilitzeu netejadors abrasius.
- The pizza stone can be scraped clean of food residue. Avoid using soap on the pizza stone as it can absorb flavors.
Emmagatzematge
- Ensure the oven is clean and dry before storing.
- The legs can be folded and the chimney detached for compact storage.
- Store in a dry, protected area to prevent rust and damage.
Resolució de problemes
