1. Introducció

This manual provides comprehensive instructions for the safe and efficient operation, installation, and maintenance of your Candy Idea FIDCP N615 L Multifunction Oven. Please read this manual thoroughly before using the appliance and retain it for future reference.

The Candy Idea FIDCP N615 L is a 65L capacity multifunction oven designed for modern kitchens. It features an Aquactiva cleaning system, a removable double-glazed door for easy cleaning, and a radial cooling fan to keep the door cool during operation. The oven is equipped with a touch display timer and two Push&Pull controls for function and temperature selection, offering 8 cooking functions. It includes one tray and one baking rack and boasts an A+ energy efficiency rating.

• Ensure the oven is installed by a qualified technician in accordance with local regulations.
• No toqueu superfícies calentes. Feu servir sempre guants de forn o guants de cuina quan manipuleu objectes calents del forn.
• Keep children away from the appliance during operation. The oven door may become hot.
• No utilitzeu mai productes de neteja abrasius ni raspadors metàl·lics afilats per netejar el vidre de la porta del forn, ja que poden ratllar la superfície i, per tant, trencar-la.
• No emmagatzemeu materials inflamables dins o prop del forn.
• Always unplug the oven from the power supply before cleaning or performing any maintenance.

4. Instal·lació i configuració

Una instal·lació correcta és crucial per al funcionament segur i eficient del forn. Es recomana que la instal·lació la realitzi un professional qualificat.

4.1 Desembalatge

Traieu amb cura tots els materials d'embalatge. Inspeccioneu el forn per detectar qualsevol signe de danys. Informeu immediatament al vostre distribuïdor de qualsevol dany.

4.2 Col·locació i dimensions

The oven is designed for built-in installation. Ensure the cabinet opening meets the required dimensions for proper fit and ventilation. Refer to the diagram below for detailed measurements.

4.3 Connexió elèctrica

5.1 Tauler de control acabatview

• Pom esquerre: Used to select the cooking function. Push to pop out, turn to select, push to retract.
• Pantalla digital: Shows time, temperature, and selected settings. Features touch controls for timer functions.
• Pom dret: Used to set the temperature. Push to pop out, turn to select, push to retract.

5.2 Primer ús

1. Abans del primer ús, netegeu l'interior del forn amb aiguaamp tela.
2. Heat the empty oven at maximum temperature for approximately 30 minutes to burn off any manufacturing residues. Ensure the kitchen is well-ventilated during this process.

5.3 Configuració d'una funció de cocció

1. Push the left knob to extend it. Turn the knob to select the desired cooking function (e.g., Convection, Grill).
2. Push the right knob to extend it. Turn the knob to set the desired temperature.
3. Use the touch display to set a cooking time if required.
4. The oven will begin heating. The indicator light will turn off when the set temperature is reached.

6.1 Aquactiva Cleaning System

1. Pour approximately 300ml of distilled water into the cavity at the bottom of the oven.
2. Select the Aquactiva function (refer to your control panel for the specific symbol).
3. Run the cycle for the recommended duration (typically 30 minutes).

6.2 Neteja general

• Exterior: Netegeu amb un drap suau i un detergent suau. Eviteu productes de neteja abrasius.
• Interior: Per a taques difícils, feu servir un netejador de forns no abrasiu. Seguiu sempre les instruccions del netejador.

• Accessoris: Wash the baking tray and wire grid with warm soapy water.
