Introducció

The Fanvil X303G is an entry-level Gigabit color screen SIP phone designed for business environments. It features a 2.4-inch 320 x 240 pixel color screen, supporting 4 SIP lines and 6-party local conferencing for a user-friendly communication experience. The X303G includes extensive features such as HD audio, dual 10/100/1000 Mbps network ports, and integrated Power over Ethernet (PoE), providing efficient and high-quality communication.

The Fanvil X303G features a robust plastic casing in black. Key components include the 2.4-inch LCD color display, a full numeric keypad, dedicated function keys for common tasks, and a navigation cluster for menu interaction. The phone supports HD audio for clear voice communication.

Configuració

Muntatge del telèfon

1. Col·loca el suport: Align the stand with the slots on the back of the phone unit and push firmly until it clicks into place.
2. Connecteu el telèfon: Plug one end of the coiled handset cord into the handset and the other end into the handset port on the phone unit (usually marked with a handset icon).

Connexió de xarxa i alimentació

The X303G supports Power over Ethernet (PoE), simplifying cabling. If PoE is not available, a separate power adapter (not included in all packages) will be required.

1. Connecteu-vos a la xarxa: Plug one end of the Ethernet cable into the LAN port on the back of the phone (marked with a network icon) and the other end into a network switch or router.
2. Encès:
   • With PoE: The phone will power on automatically once connected to a PoE-enabled network port.
   • Without PoE: Connect a compatible 5V/1A DC power adapter (if applicable) to the power port on the back of the phone.

Configuració Inicial

Upon first boot, the phone will attempt to obtain an IP address via DHCP. Your network administrator will provide the necessary SIP account details for registration.

Funcions de trucada bàsiques

• Fer una trucada:
  1. Agafeu el telèfon o premeu Altaveu botó.
  2. Marqueu el número desitjat amb el teclat.
  3. Premeu el botó Marqueu or # botó per iniciar la trucada.
• Respondre una trucada:
  • Pick up the handset, or press the Altaveu button, or press the flashing line key.
• Finalització d'una trucada:
  • Pengeu el telèfon o premeu Finalitzar la trucada botó.
• Ajust de volum: Utilitza el Volum +/- buttons during a call to adjust handset, speaker, or headset volume.

Funcions avançades

• Trucada en espera: Durant una trucada activa, premeu Aguanta botó. Premeu-lo de nou per reprendre la trucada.
• Transferència de trucades:
  1. Durant una trucada activa, premeu Transferència button. The current call will be put on hold.
  2. Marqueu el número al qual voleu transferir la trucada.
  3. Once the second party answers (Trasllat assistit) or immediately after dialing (Transferència a cegues), premeu Transferència botó de nou.
• 6-Party Local Conferencing:
  1. Durant una trucada activa, premeu Conf (Conference) button. The current call will be put on hold.
  2. Dial the number of the next participant and wait for them to answer.
  3. Premeu el botó Conf button again to add them to the conference.
  4. Repeat for up to 6 participants.
• No Molestis (DND): Premeu el botó DND button to activate or deactivate. When active, incoming calls will be redirected or sent to voicemail.
• Guia telefònica: Premeu el botó Contacte button to access your local phonebook (capacity: 1000 entries). Use navigation keys to select and dial contacts.
• Historial de trucades: Premeu el botó Registre de trucades botó per view missed, received, and dialed calls.

Manteniment

Neteja del telèfon

• Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth to clean the phone's surface and screen.

• Do not use harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or solvents, as these can damage the plastic and screen.
• Ensure no liquid enters the phone's openings.
