3. Configuració i instal·lació

Professional installation is highly recommended for optimal performance and safety. Ensure the installation area is suitable and meets all local building codes.

3.1 Preparació del lloc

• Choose a wall-mounted location directly above your cooking range.
• Ensure there is sufficient clearance from the cooking surface as per manufacturer guidelines (typically 65-75 cm).
• Verify that the wall can support the weight of the chimney.
• An electrical outlet must be available within reach of the power cord.

3.2 Mounting the Chimney

1. Use the provided drill hole stencil to mark the positions for the wall mounting bracket.
2. Drill holes and insert the wall mounting plastic plugs.
3. Secure the wall mounting bracket using the wall mounting screws.
4. Carefully lift and hang the main chimney unit onto the bracket.
5. Attach the chimney cover using the designated screws.

3.3 Ducting Connection

• Connect the expandable flexible pipe to the chimney's exhaust outlet.
• Route the pipe to an external vent, ensuring the shortest and straightest path possible to maximize extraction efficiency.
• Secure the flexible pipe using the provided screws.

5.1 Heat Auto Clean Cycle

The heat auto-clean function helps to melt and collect grease from the internal components.

5.2 Oil Collector Cleaning

3. Empty the collected oil and wash the tray with warm, soapy water.
4. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely before reinserting.
