• Always place the scale on a hard, flat, and stable surface. Avoid soft surfaces like carpets or rugs, as this can affect accuracy.

4. Configuració

4.1 Instal·lació de la bateria

1. Localitzeu el compartiment de la bateria a la part inferior de la bàscula.
2. Obriu la tapa del compartiment de la bateria.
3. Introduïu les 3 piles AAA, assegurant-vos de la polaritat correcta (+/-).
4. Tanqueu bé la tapa del compartiment de la bateria.

4.2 Col·locació d'escala

For accurate measurements, place the scale on a hard, flat, and stable surface. Avoid placing it on carpets, rugs, or uneven flooring.

5. Instruccions de funcionament

5.1 Prendre una mesura

1. Ensure the scale is on a hard, flat surface.
2. Gently step onto the scale with bare feet. The scale will automatically turn on.
3. Stand still on the scale until your weight is displayed and stabilizes on the LED screen.
4. Step off the scale. The display will hold your weight for a few seconds and then automatically turn off to conserve battery life.

5.2 Changing Weight Units (lb/kg/st)

The Vitafit scale supports three weight units: pounds (lb), kilograms (kg), and stones (st).

1. Turn the scale over to access the back.
2. Locate the unit conversion button (often labeled "UNIT" or with unit symbols) on the underside of the scale.
3. Press the button to cycle through the available units (lb, kg, st) until your desired unit is displayed.
4. Flip the scale back over and take a measurement. The display will now show the weight in the selected unit.

5.3 Clear LED Display

The scale features a crystal clear LED display with large numbers, designed for easy readability in various lighting conditions and from different angles.

6. Manteniment

6.1 Neteja

To clean your scale, wipe the surface with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the scale in water. Avoid harsh chemicals that may damage the surface.

6.2 Substitució de la bateria

When the battery indicator appears on the display or the display becomes dim, it's time to replace the batteries. Follow the instructions in Section 4.1 to replace the 3 AAA batteries. Dispose of used batteries responsibly according to local regulations.

6.3 Emmagatzematge

Store the scale in a cool, dry place. Avoid storing it vertically or with heavy objects on top, as this may affect its accuracy over time.
