Please read this manual thoroughly before first use to ensure safe operation and optimal performance. Keep this manual for future reference.

2. Instruccions de seguretat importants
Quan utilitzeu aparells elèctrics, sempre s'han de seguir les precaucions bàsiques de seguretat per reduir el risc d'incendi, descàrrega elèctrica i lesions a les persones.
- Llegiu totes les instruccions abans d’utilitzar l’aparell.
- Aquest aparell només és per a ús domèstic. No l'utilitzeu a l'aire lliure ni amb finalitats comercials.
- Desendolleu sempre l'aparell de la presa de corrent abans de muntar-lo, desmuntar-lo, netejar-lo o quan no l'utilitzeu.
- No feu servir l'aparell amb un cable o un endoll danyats, o després que l'aparell funcioni malament o s'hagi fet malbé de cap manera.
- Keep hands, hair, clothing, and other utensils away from moving parts during operation to prevent injury.
- Never push meat into the feeder tube with your fingers. Always use the provided food pusher.
- Ensure all parts are correctly assembled and secured before turning on the appliance.
- The appliance is equipped with an overload protection system. If the motor overheats or overloads, the unit will automatically shut off. Turn off the power, unplug, clear any blockages, and allow the unit to cool for approximately 15 minutes before restarting.
- To prolong machine life, avoid continuous operation for more than 10 minutes. After 10 minutes of continuous use, turn off the power and allow the machine to cool for 15 minutes before resuming operation.
- This product is ETL Certified, ensuring it meets recognized safety standards.

4. Instruccions de muntatge
Follow these steps to assemble your meat grinder:
- Col·loqueu la unitat motora sobre una superfície estable i plana.
- Insert the grinding head into the motor unit's front opening. Rotate it counter-clockwise until it locks securely into place.
- Insert the auger (feed screw) into the grinding head, ensuring the square end fits into the motor drive shaft.
- Place one of the cutting blades onto the square shaft of the auger, with the sharp edges facing outwards towards the grinding plate.
- Select the desired grinding plate (2mm, 5mm, or 7mm) and place it over the cutting blade, aligning the notch on the plate with the pin on the grinding head.
- Screw the fixing ring onto the grinding head clockwise until it is hand-tight. Do not overtighten.
- Place the hopper plate on top of the grinding head.

5. Instruccions de funcionament
5.1 Preparing Meat for Grinding
- Cut meat into small pieces, approximately 1-inch (2.5 cm) cubes.
- Remove all bones, gristle, and excessive fat to prevent damage to the motor and ensure smooth operation.
- For best results, partially freeze the meat for about 30 minutes before grinding. This helps maintain meat texture and prevents smearing.
5.2 Moler carn
- Ensure the grinder is assembled with the desired grinding plate (2mm, 5mm, or 7mm).
- Place a suitable bowl or container under the grinding head to collect the ground meat.

- Carefully feed the prepared meat pieces into the hopper. Use the food pusher to gently guide the meat down the feeder tube. Never use your fingers or other utensils.
- If the grinder becomes clogged, turn the switch to the "R" (Reverse) position to clear the blockage. Once cleared, return to "ON" to continue grinding.
- After grinding, turn the switch to "OFF" and unplug the appliance.

5.3 Making Sausage
- Desmunteu la placa de mòlta i la fulla de tall.
- Attach the sausage stuffer tube to the grinding head, ensuring it is securely in place with the fixing ring.
- Prepara la barreja de salsitxes.
- Carefully load the sausage casing al tub d'embotidor.
- Turn the grinder to the "ON" position.
- Feed the sausage mixture into the hopper, using the food pusher. Guide the casing as it fills, ensuring it is evenly packed without air pockets.
- Once finished, turn the switch to "OFF" and unplug the appliance.

5.4 Making Kubbe
- Desmunteu la placa de mòlta i la fulla de tall.
- Attach the Kubbe attachment to the grinding head, securing it with the fixing ring.
- Prepare your Kubbe mixture.
- Turn the grinder to the "ON" position.
- Feed the Kubbe mixture into the hopper using the food pusher. The attachment will form hollow Kubbe shells.
- Once finished, turn the switch to "OFF" and unplug the appliance.

6. Neteja i Manteniment
Proper cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity and hygiene of your meat grinder.
- Always turn off the appliance and unplug it from the power outlet before cleaning.
- Disassemble all removable parts: hopper plate, food pusher, grinding head, auger, cutting blade, grinding plates, fixing ring, sausage stuffer tube, and Kubbe kit.
- Wash all disassembled parts immediately after use with warm, soapy water. This prevents meat residue from drying and becoming difficult to remove.
- Use a brush to thoroughly clean any remaining meat particles from the grinding plates, auger, and grinding head.
- Rinse all parts thoroughly under running water to remove soap residue.
- Dry all parts completely with a soft cloth before storing. Do not allow parts to air dry, as this can lead to water spots or corrosion.
Important Cleaning Notes:
- The aluminum alloy parts (grinding head, hopper plate, auger, and fixing ring) are NO apte per a rentaplats. Washing these parts in a dishwasher can cause oxidation and discoloration. Hand wash these components only.
- Stainless steel and plastic accessories (cutting blades, grinding plates, Kubbe kit, and sausage stuffer tube) are dishwasher safe. However, hand washing is recommended to maintain their condition and sharpness over time.
- Never immerse the motor unit in water or any other liquid. Wipe the exterior of the motor unit with a damp tela.
