5. Instruccions de configuració

5.1 Col·locació de la unitat

Place the portable air conditioner on a firm, level surface in the room where cooling is desired. Ensure there is at least 20 inches (50 cm) of space around the unit for proper airflow.

5.2 Instal·lació del kit de finestra

The included window installation kit is designed for both vertical and horizontal sliding windows with widths/heights from 25.5 inches to 47 inches.

1. Assemble the window slider kit by connecting the panels to fit your window opening.
2. Insert the assembled window kit into the window opening and extend it to fit securely.
3. Close the window firmly against the window kit to seal it.
4. Attach the exhaust hose connector to the exhaust hose.
5. Connect the other end of the exhaust hose to the adapter.
6. Insert the adapter into the opening on the window kit.

5.3 Configuració del drenatge

The unit has two drainage options: manual and continuous.

• Drenatge manual: When the internal water tank is full, the unit will stop operating and display an indicator. Turn off the unit, unplug it, and carefully move it to a suitable drainage location. Remove the drain plug and allow the water to drain into a pan or bucket. Replace the drain plug securely.
• Drenatge continu: For continuous operation, especially in dehumidifier mode, attach the included drain hose to the continuous drainage port at the back of the unit. Route the hose to a floor drain or a container placed below the unit's drainage port. Ensure the hose is not kinked or blocked.

The unit can be operated using the LED touch panel on top of the unit or the remote control.

6.2 Control remot

The remote control provides convenient access to all functions from a distance of up to 16.5 ft. Insert 2 AAA batteries (not included) into the remote control before use.

6.3 Modes de funcionament

• Mode fresc: Select 'Cool' mode. Use the Up/Down arrows to set your desired temperature between 61°F and 90°F. Adjust fan speed as needed.
• Mode de ventilador: Select 'Fan' mode. The unit will circulate air without cooling. Choose between High or Low fan speed.
• Mode sec (deshumidificador): Select 'Dry' mode. The unit will remove moisture from the air. Ensure the continuous drainage hose is properly installed for extended use in this mode.

6.4 Funció de temporitzador

Press the 'Timer' button to set the desired operating time (1-24 hours). The unit will automatically turn on or off after the set time. Press 'Timer' again to cancel.

In Cool mode, press the 'Sleep' button. The unit will operate at a lower fan speed and gradually increase the set temperature by 1.8°F per hour for the first two hours, then maintain that temperature for the remaining sleep duration. This mode is designed for quiet and energy-efficient overnight operation.

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your portable air conditioner.

7.1 Neteja del filtre d'aire

El filtre d'aire s'ha de netejar cada dues setmanes o amb més freqüència, depenent de l'ús i la qualitat de l'aire.

1. Apagueu la unitat i desendolleu-la de la presa de corrent.
2. Locate the air filter panel at the back of the unit.
3. Traieu suaument el filtre.
4. Renteu el filtre amb aigua tèbia i sabó. Esbandiu-lo bé.
5. Deixeu que el filtre s'assequi completament a l'aire abans de tornar-lo a inserir. No l'exposeu a la llum solar directa.
6. Reinsert the dry filter into the unit and close the panel.

7.2 Escorregut de l'aigua acumulada

If using manual drainage, regularly check the water tank and drain it when the 'Full' indicator lights up. For continuous drainage, ensure the drain hose is free from blockages and properly positioned to allow water to flow out.

7.3 Neteja de l'exterior de la unitat

Netegeu l'exterior de la unitat amb un damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as they may damage the surface.
