4. Guia de configuració

4.1 Connexió inicial

1. Connect your monitor(s) to the Mini PC using HDMI or Type-C cables.
2. Connecteu el teclat i el ratolí als ports USB disponibles.
3. Connect the power adapter to the DC-in port on the Mini PC and then to a power outlet.

4.2 Configuració del sistema operatiu

Upon first boot, the system will guide you through the Windows 11 Pro setup process. Follow the on-screen instructions to configure your language, region, network, and user account settings.

4.3 Storage Expansion (Optional)

The TRIGKEY Green G5 Mini PC supports adding a 2.5-inch SATA SSD for additional storage, up to 2TB.

1. Ensure the Mini PC is powered off and disconnected from the power supply.
2. Unscrew the four screws located at the bottom of the Mini PC.
3. Carefully open the back panel.
4. Align the 2.5-inch SSD with the provided slot and gently insert it.
5. Secure the SSD using the screws provided with the Mini PC.
6. Close the back panel and reinstall the bottom screws.

5. Instruccions de funcionament

5.1 Encès/Apagat

• Encès: Premeu el botó d'engegada que es troba a la part frontal del dispositiu.
• Apagar: Use the Windows shutdown option (Start > Power > Shut down) or press and hold the power button for 5 seconds for a forced shutdown (not recommended for regular use).

5.2 Configuració de la pantalla

The Mini PC supports up to three displays simultaneously. To configure multiple displays in Windows:

• Connect all desired monitors to the available HDMI and Type-C ports.

5.3 Connectivitat de xarxa

• Connexió per cable: Connect an Ethernet cable to one of the two 2.5G LAN ports.
• Connexió sense fil: In Windows, click the Wi-Fi icon in the taskbar, select your network, and enter the password.

• Keep the Mini PC in a well-ventilated area to prevent overheating. Ensure air vents are not obstructed.
• Regularly clean the exterior with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid liquid cleaners.
• Perform routine software updates for Windows and drivers to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Always shut down the system properly to prevent data corruption.

7. Solució De Problemes

7.1 Sense pantalla

• Check if the monitor is powered on and correctly connected to the Mini PC.

• Try a different HDMI or Type-C cable.

7.2 El sistema és lent o no respon

• Tanca les aplicacions innecessàries que s'executen en segon pla.
• Check disk usage and free up space if the storage drive is nearly full.
• Assegureu-vos que Windows i els controladors estiguin actualitzats.

7.3 Problemes de connexió de xarxa

• For wired connections, ensure the Ethernet cable is securely plugged into both the Mini PC and the router/modem.
• For Wi-Fi, verify that Wi-Fi is enabled and you are connected to the correct network with the correct password.
