1. Instruccions de seguretat importants
Read and understand all safety warnings and instructions before operating this generator. Failure to follow these instructions may result in electric shock, fire, serious injury, or death. Keep this manual for future reference.
- Perill de monòxid de carboni: Generators produce carbon monoxide, a colorless, odorless, poisonous gas. Operate the generator outdoors in a well-ventilated area, far from windows, doors, and vents. Never operate indoors or in partially enclosed spaces.
- Perill de descàrrega elèctrica: Never operate the generator in wet conditions. Ensure all electrical connections are dry and properly insulated. Use a Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI) when operating in damp ubicacions.
- Perill d'incendi: Diesel fuel is highly flammable. Refuel in a well-ventilated area with the engine off and cool. Do not smoke or allow open flames near the generator or fuel. Store fuel in approved containers.
- Superfícies calentes: The generator engine and muffler become very hot during operation and remain hot for some time after shutdown. Avoid contact with hot surfaces to prevent burns.
- Parts mòbils: Keep hands, feet, hair, and clothing away from moving parts to prevent injury.

3. Components i controls
3.1 Tauler de control

- Starter Switch (OFF/ON/START): Used to start and stop the engine.
- Oil Alert Indicator (OIL ALERT): Illuminates when engine oil level is low. The generator will shut down automatically to prevent damage.
- Voltímetre: Mostra el volum de sortidatage del generador.
- AC Breaker (DELIXI): Overload protection for the AC output. Trips automatically if the generator is overloaded.
- Preses de corrent de 230 V CA: Standard electrical outlets for connecting appliances.
- DC 12V 8.3A Output: For charging 12V batteries (charging cable not included).
- Terminal terrestre: For connecting an earth ground wire.

- STOP/RUN Lever: Controls the engine's fuel supply. Set to RUN for operation, STOP for shutdown.
4. Configuració
4.1 Desembalatge i muntatge
- Traieu amb cura el generador del seu embalatge.
- Attach the auxiliary handle and wheels using the provided hardware. Ensure all bolts are tightened securely.
4.2 Afegir oli de motor
El generador s'envia sense oli de motor. Cal afegir el tipus i la quantitat correctes d'oli abans del primer ús.
- Col·loqueu el generador sobre una superfície plana.
- Unscrew and remove the engine oil fill cap/dipstick.
- Pour the recommended diesel engine oil (e.g., SAE 10W-30) into the oil fill opening until it reaches the upper mark on the dipstick. Do not overfill.
- Replace the oil fill cap/dipstick and tighten it.
4.3 Alimentació del generador
Use only clean, fresh diesel fuel. Do not use gasoline or any other fuel type.
- Assegureu-vos que el motor del generador estigui apagat i fred.
- Obriu el tap de combustible.
- Carefully pour diesel fuel into the tank, avoiding spills. Do not fill above the fuel filter screen.
- Tanqueu bé el tap del dipòsit de combustible. Netegeu immediatament qualsevol vessament de combustible.
4.4 Connexió a terra del generador
For safety, always ground the generator before operation. Connect a heavy-gauge wire from the generator's ground terminal to a suitable earth ground rod.
5. Funcionament
5.1 Arrencada del generador
- Ensure the generator is on a level surface and all electrical loads are disconnected from the outlets.
- Comproveu els nivells d'oli del motor i de combustible.
- Move the STOP/RUN lever to the CÓRRER posició.
- Turn the Starter Switch to the ON posició.
- Turn the Starter Switch to the COMENÇA position and hold until the engine starts. Release the switch once the engine is running. Do not crank for more than 5 seconds at a time. If the engine does not start, wait 10 seconds before trying again.
- Deixeu que el generador funcioni durant uns minuts per escalfar-se abans de connectar cap càrrega.
5.2 Connexió de càrregues elèctriques
Once the generator is running stably, you can connect your electrical devices.
- Plug your appliances into the AC 230V outlets.
- No sobrecarregueu el generador. La potència totaltage of all connected devices must not exceed the generator's rated power (4.5 kW).
- If the AC breaker trips, reduce the load, then reset the breaker.
5.3 Aturar el generador
- Desconnecteu totes les càrregues elèctriques de les preses del generador.
- Deixeu que el generador funcioni durant uns minuts sense càrrega perquè es refredi.
- Turn the Starter Switch to the OFF posició.
- Move the STOP/RUN lever to the STOP posició.
6. Manteniment
Regular maintenance is crucial for the longevity and safe operation of your generator. Always perform maintenance with the engine off and cool, and disconnect the battery if performing electrical work.

6.2 Procediment de canvi d'oli
- Deixeu engegar el motor durant uns minuts per escalfar l'oli i després apagueu-lo.
- Col·loqueu una safata de drenatge sota el tap de drenatge de l'oli.
- Traieu el tap de drenatge d'oli i el tap/vareta de nivell d'oli per permetre que l'oli s'escorri completament.
- Replace the oil drain plug and tighten it.
- Reompliu amb la quantitat i el tipus d'oli de motor nou recomanats (vegeu la secció 4.2).
- Substituïu el tap d'ompliment d'oli/vareta de nivell.
6.3 Manteniment del filtre d'aire
A dirty air filter will reduce engine performance and lifespan.
- Traieu la coberta i l'element del filtre d'aire.
- Clean the foam element with warm, soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and allow to air dry completely.
- Lightly oil the foam element with engine oil and squeeze out excess.
- Torneu a instal·lar l'element i la coberta del filtre d'aire.
