5. Instal·lació i configuració

Una instal·lació correcta és crucial per al rendiment i la longevitat de la bomba.

Muntatge:

• Position the pump in the lowest part of the bilge or desired water collection area.
• Ensure the pump is securely mounted to prevent movement during operation.
• The pump is fully submersible.

Connexió de la mànega:

• Connect a 0.75-inch (19mm) discharge hose to the pump's outlet.
• Fixeu la mànega amb una mànega clamp per evitar fuites.
• Route the discharge hose upwards and overboard, ensuring a continuous downward slope to prevent backflow.

6. Instruccions de cablejat

Correct wiring is essential for safe and automatic operation. Always disconnect the power source before wiring.

Wire Identification:

• Fil negre: Connect to the negative (-) terminal of the 12V power source.
• Fil vermell: Connect to the positive (+) terminal for Mode manual funcionament.
• Filferro blau: Connect to the positive (+) terminal for Mode automàtic funcionament.

Diagrama de cablejat:

Before wiring, open the filter and remove the foam block located under the float mechanism.

• It is recommended to install a fuse (not included) in the positive line for circuit protection.

7. Instruccions de funcionament

L'OurLeeme Bilge Pump offers both automatic and manual operation modes.

Funcionament automàtic:

• When wired for Automatic Mode (Blue wire to positive), the pump's internal float switch will detect rising water levels.
• The pump will automatically activate when the water reaches a critical level.
• Once the water level drops below the sensor, the pump will automatically shut off.

Funcionament manual:

• When wired for Manual Mode (Red wire to positive), the pump will run continuously as long as power is supplied.
• This mode is suitable for situations requiring continuous pumping or for testing the pump.
• Always monitor the pump during manual operation to prevent dry running for extended periods, although the pump is designed not to burn out when dry.
