Replacement Remote Control for EKO Smart HDTVs

1. Introducció

This manual provides essential information for the proper use and maintenance of your new replacement infrared (IR) remote control. This remote is designed to be compatible with various EKO 4K Ultra HD UHD WEBOS Smart HDTV TV models, including K55USW, K70USW, K58USW, K85USW, K75USW, K32HSW, K40USW, K85USWB, and K65USW.

This remote control operates using infrared technology and does not require any complex programming. Simply insert the batteries, and it is ready for use with compatible EKO TV models.

2. Configuració

Before using the remote control, you must install the batteries. This remote requires two (2) AAA batteries (not included).

Obriu el compartiment de la bateria: Locate the battery compartment cover on the back of the remote control. Gently slide the cover downwards or press the latch and lift to open.
Insereix les piles: Insert two AAA batteries, ensuring that the positive (+) and negative (-) terminals align correctly with the markings inside the compartment.

3. Instruccions de funcionament

Point the remote control directly at the infrared receiver on your EKO TV. Ensure there are no obstructions between the remote and the TV.

Botó d'encendre (●): Premeu per engegar o apagar el televisor.
Botons numèrics (0-9): Use to directly enter channel numbers.
Pujar/Baixar el volum (VOL +/-): Ajusta el volum del so.
Channel Up/Down (CH PAGE +/-): Canvia el canal de televisió.
Navigation Buttons (▲ ▼ ◀ ►): S'utilitza per navegar pels menús i seleccionar opcions.
Botó D'acord/Entrar: Confirma les seleccions als menús.
Botó enrere: Torna a la pantalla o menú anterior.
Botó d'inici (⌂): Accesses the TV's main smart hub or home screen.
Netflix / Prime Video Buttons: Botons d'accés directe per a aquests serveis de transmissió en temps real.
Botó d'entrada/font: Changes the input source (HDMI, AV, etc.).

4. Manteniment

Una cura adequada allargarà la vida útil del comandament a distància.

Neteja: Wipe the remote with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners, waxes, or solvents.
Substitució de la bateria: Canvieu les piles quan la resposta del comandament a distància es torni lenta o deixi de funcionar. Canvieu sempre les dues piles alhora per unes de noves.
Emmagatzematge: If the remote will not be used for an extended period, remove the batteries to prevent leakage and corrosion.
Medi ambient: Keep the remote away from extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, and moisture. Avoid dropping the remote or exposing it to strong impacts.

5. Solució De Problemes

Problema	Possible solució
El comandament a distància no funciona.	Comproveu si les piles estan inserides correctament amb la polaritat correcta (+/-). Substituïu les piles velles per unes de noves. Assegureu-vos que no hi hagi obstacles entre el comandament a distància i el sensor d'infrarojos del televisor. Assegureu-vos d'apuntar el comandament a distància directament al televisor.
Alguns botons no responen.	Verify that your TV model is listed as compatible. Clean the remote's surface and buttons to ensure no debris is interfering. Some advanced functions might not be supported by a generic replacement remote.
El remot funciona de manera intermitent.	Pot ser que les piles estiguin baixes; substituïu-les. Ensure consistent line of sight to the TV's IR sensor.
