1. Introducció

3. Configuració i instal·lació

To install the NEEWER 49mm CPL filter, identify the filter thread size of your camera lens. This is typically marked on the front or side of your lens, often next to a "⌀" (diameter) symbol. Ensure your lens has a 49mm thread size for compatibility.

4. Operating the CPL Filter

A Circular Polarizing (CPL) filter is used to reduce reflections from non-metallic surfaces (like water or glass) and to enhance color saturation and contrast in your photographs, particularly skies and foliage.

Adjusting the Polarization Effect:

Once attached to your lens, the CPL filter consists of two rings. The outer ring can be rotated independently. Look through your camera's viewcercador o viu view screen while rotating the outer ring. You will observe changes in reflections and color saturation. Adjust until the desired effect is achieved.

• Reducing Reflections: Rotate the filter until reflections from water, glass, or other non-metallic surfaces are minimized or eliminated.

Proper care will extend the life and performance of your NEEWER CPL filter. The filter features 24 layers of nano-coatings that provide water-repellent, oil-proof, anti-fingerprint, and scratch-resistant properties, making it easy to clean.

1. Use the provided cleaning cloth or a soft, lint-free microfiber cloth specifically designed for optical surfaces.
2. Gently wipe the filter surface to remove dust, fingerprints, or smudges. For stubborn marks, a small amount of lens cleaning solution can be applied to the cloth (not directly to the filter).

If you encounter issues while using your NEEWER CPL filter, refer to the following common solutions:

• Difficulty Attaching/Removing Filter: Ensure the filter is aligned correctly with the lens threads. If it feels stuck, avoid forcing it. Try gently rotating it counter-clockwise while applying slight pressure. A rubber filter wrench can assist if available.
• Uneven Polarization Effect or Dark Spots: This can occur if the filter is not rotated to the optimal position or if shooting directly into or away from the sun. Adjust the filter's rotation and consider your shooting angle relative to the light source.
• Vinyetatge (raconades fosques): While the ultra-slim frame is designed to minimize vignetting, it can still occur with very wide-angle lenses, especially when stacking multiple filters. If present, try removing any other stacked filters.
