• ADVERTIMENT: Per evitar descàrregues elèctriques, assegureu-vos que l'alimentació estigui apagada a l'interruptor o a la caixa de fusibles abans d'instal·lar, fer el manteniment o canviar les bombetes.

• Do not install this fixture in areas where it may be exposed to direct water spray or submersion. This fixture is Damp Rated, suitable for damp locations but not direct water contact.

Note: Bulb is not included. This fixture requires one (1) Incandescent bulb, maximum 100 Watts.

Configuració (Instal·lació)

Before you begin, ensure the power to the circuit is turned off at the main fuse box or circuit breaker. It is recommended to have a second person assist with installation.

1. Preparació per a la instal·lació: Turn off power at the circuit breaker. Clear the work area. Gather necessary tools (screwdriver, wire strippers, electrical tape, ladder).
2. Attach Mounting Crossbar: Secure the mounting crossbar to the junction box in the ceiling using the provided screws. Ensure it is firmly attached.
3. Ajustar la longitud de la cadena: Determine the desired hanging height for your pendant. The fixture includes 6 feet of chain and 10 feet of cord. Use pliers to open and remove excess chain links if necessary. Thread the electrical wires through the chain and canopy.
4. Fer connexions elèctriques: Carefully connect the fixture's wires to the house wires.
   • Connecteu el cable de terra de coure verd o nu des de l'aparell fins a la cable de terra de coure verd o nu de la caixa de connexions.
   • Connecteu el cable blanc (neutre) des de l'aparell fins a la cable blanc (neutre) de la caixa de connexions.

   Assegureu totes les connexions amb femelles i emboliqueu-les amb cinta aïllant per a més seguretat.
5. Muntar el dosser: Carefully push the canopy up to the ceiling, covering the junction box. Secure it in place with the provided screws.
6. Assemble Fixture Body and Glass: Attach the pendant's main body to the canopy. Carefully place the matte white glass shade onto the fixture, securing it according to the design (typically by threading a ring or using set screws).
7. Instal·leu la bombeta: Screw in one (1) incandescent bulb (maximum 100 Watts) into the socket. Do not overtighten.
8. Restaura l'alimentació: Un cop finalitzada la instal·lació i totes les connexions siguin segures, restableu l'alimentació a l'interruptor.

Instruccions de funcionament

The Innovations Beacon 1-Light Pendant is designed for simple operation.

• Activació/desactivació: Operate the light fixture using a standard wall switch connected to the circuit.
• Funcionalitat d'atenuació: This fixture is dimmable. If connected to a compatible dimmer switch (sold separately) and using a dimmable incandescent, LED, fluorescent, or halogen bulb, you can adjust the light intensity. Follow the dimmer switch manufacturer's instructions for proper use.

Manteniment

Un manteniment regular ajudarà a preservar l'aspecte i la funcionalitat del teu llum penjant.

• Cleaning the Fixture: Always turn off power at the circuit breaker before cleaning. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the brushed brass finish. Avoid abrasive cleaners, solvents, or polishes as they may damage the finish.
• Cleaning the Glass Shade: The matte white glass shade can be gently wiped with a soft, damp cloth. For stubborn marks, a mild glass cleaner can be used, applied to the cloth first, not directly to the glass. Ensure the glass is completely dry before restoring power.
• Substitució de bombetes: Turn off power at the circuit breaker. Allow the bulb to cool completely before attempting to replace it. Unscrew the old bulb and screw in a new incandescent bulb (maximum 100 Watts). Do not exceed the recommended wattage.
