2. Informació de seguretat

5. Configuració
5.1 Càrrega del dispositiu
Before first use, fully charge the spot welder using the provided Type-C USB charging cable. Connect the cable to the Type-C port on the device and a compatible 5V power source (e.g., USB wall adapter, computer USB port). The charging indicator light will show the charging status.

5.2 Connecting Welding Probes
Insert the two welding probes into their respective ports on the front of the spot welder. Ensure they are securely connected.
5.3 Engegada/apagada
To power on the device, long-press the PODER button. To power off, long-press the PODER button again. The device features an automatic shutdown in 6 minutes of inactivity to conserve power.

6. Instruccions de funcionament
6.1 Comprensió de la pantalla OLED
The OLED display provides real-time information about the spot welder's status:
- Automatic/Manual Mode: Indica el mode de funcionament actual.

- Preheat (PreH): Displays the preheat delay time.

6.2 Adjusting Output Power (Gear)
Utilitza el + i - buttons to adjust the output power (gear) from 1 to 80 levels. Higher numbers indicate stronger welds. Experiment with different settings on scrap material to find the optimal level for your specific application and material thickness (0.1mm-0.2mm nickel-plated strips).
6.3 Performing a Spot Weld
- Ensure the battery terminals and nickel strips are clean and free of oxidation.
- Position the nickel strip firmly against the battery terminal.
- Place both welding probes onto the nickel strip, ensuring good contact and maintaining a 60-degree angle for optimal results.
- Press the foot pedal (if connected) or activate the weld via the device's controls. The device will automatically execute the weld based on the set preheat and delay times.
- Lift the probes once the weld is complete. Inspect the weld for strength and consistency.

7. Manteniment
- Neteja: Regularly clean the welding probes and the device body with a dry, soft cloth. Ensure no debris or metal particles accumulate on the probes.
