Vegetable/Cheese Grater Attachments (5 types):

• 2mm Shredding Blade: For fine shreds like carrots or cabbage.
• 4mm Shredding Blade: For thicker shreds like cucumbers or potatoes.

Assembling the Vegetable/Cheese Grater

3. Insert the spiral auger into the grinder head.

6. Secure the grinding plate with the locking ring, tightening it firmly but not excessively.
7. Attach the food tray to the top of the grinder head.
8. For sausage or kibbeh making, attach the appropriate adapter after the grinding plate and locking ring.

Using the Vegetable/Cheese Grater

1. Preparar ingredients: Cut vegetables or cheese into pieces that fit easily into the feed inlet. For cheese, remove any hard rinds first.
2. Place a bowl or plate under the output chute.

2. Place a bowl or plate under the output of the grinder.
