4. Configuració
4.1 Desembalatge
Carefully remove the blood pressure monitor from its packaging. Check for any damage. Retain the packaging for storage or future transport.
4.2 Instal·lació de la bateria
The device operates with batteries. Locate the battery compartment on the back or side of the device. Insert the required batteries (typically AAA, refer to the compartment label) ensuring correct polarity (+/-). Close the battery compartment securely.
4.3 Configuració de la data i l'hora

- Premeu SET one last time to save all settings and exit the setup mode.
5. Funcionament del dispositiu
5.1 Aplicació del puny del canell
- Sit comfortably with your arm resting on a flat surface, palm up.
- Place the monitor on your left wrist with the display facing upwards. The monitor should be positioned approximately 1-2 cm from your palm.
- Ensure the cuff is snug but not too tight. There should be enough space to insert one finger between the cuff and your wrist.
- Position your wrist at heart level. This is crucial for accurate readings.

5.2 Prendre una mesura
- Ensure you are relaxed and have rested for at least 5 minutes before taking a measurement. Avoid eating, smoking, or exercising for 30 minutes prior.
- Premeu el botó INICI/PARA botó. El braçalet s'inflarà automàticament.
- Estar quiet i no parlar durant la mesura.
- Once the measurement is complete, the cuff will deflate, and your systolic (SYS), diastolic (DIA) blood pressure, and pulse rate will be displayed on the screen.
- The reading will automatically be stored in the device's memory.
- Premeu INICI/PARA again to turn off the device, or it will automatically power off after a period of inactivity.
5.3 ViewRegistres de memòria
Premeu el botó MEM button when the device is off to view previous measurements. Each press of the MEM button will cycle through the stored readings, typically showing the most recent first.
6. Manteniment
6.1 Neteja
- Wipe the device and cuff gently with a soft, dry cloth.
- Si cal, utilitzeu un drap lleugerament sec.ampened with water or a mild detergent. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the device in water.

- Store the device in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, and humidity.
