1. Introducció

This manual provides essential instructions for the assembly, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your FLEXISPOT QS2L Dual Motor L-Shaped Standing Desk. Please read this manual thoroughly before assembly and use to ensure safe and efficient operation of your new desk.

2. Instruccions de seguretat

• Assegureu-vos que totes les connexions estiguin ben connectades abans de fer funcionar l'escriptori.

• Do not place hands or other objects near moving parts of the desk frame.
• The desk does no feature an emergency stop function. If an obstacle is encountered during height adjustment, the desk will continue to move, potentially causing damage to the motor or objects. Always ensure the path of movement is clear.

4. Muntatge i muntatge

Assembly typically requires two people for ease and safety. The desk utilizes primarily two types of screws for most connections.

4.1 Passos inicials

2. Identify and remove any screws used for shipping purposes that secure frame components together. These screws are not part of the final assembly and must be removed to allow proper component separation.

4.3 Desktop Attachment

2. Align the pre-drilled holes in the desktop with the mounting points on the frame.
3. Secure the desktop to the frame using the provided screws.

4.4 Control Panel and Power Connection

1. Mount the control panel to the desired location on the underside of the desktop.
2. Connect the control panel cable to the control box.
3. Connect the power adapter to the control box and then plug it into a wall outlet.

• Reset Button (Middle): Used for initial calibration or resetting the desk.
• Preset 1 (Sitting Icon): Memory preset for a preferred sitting height.
• Preset 2 (Standing Icon): Memory preset for a preferred standing height.

5.2 Initial Calibration (Reset)

After initial setup or if the desk is not moving smoothly, perform a reset:

1. Manteniu premut el botó Restableix button (middle button) until the desk moves to its lowest position, then slightly rises. Release the button once movement stops. This calibrates the desk's height sensors.

8. Manteniment

9. Solució De Problemes

9.1 Desk Not Moving or Erratic Movement

• Perform Reset: Follow the initial calibration steps (Section 5.2) by pressing and holding the Reset button until the desk completes its cycle.

9.2 Squeaking During Adjustment

• Ensure all assembly screws are tightened. Loose connections can sometimes cause noise.

9.3 Monitor Arm / Keyboard Tray Interference

• Due to the design of the desk frame, the frame may be close to the edge of the desktop. This can affect the mounting of some monitor arm clamps or the clearance for certain keyboard trays. Consider alternative mounting solutions or desk accessories if interference occurs.

9.4 Visible Desktop Seam

• The desktop is a splice board design, meaning it consists of multiple sections joined together. A visible seam where these sections meet is a characteristic of this design and not a defect.
