3. Configuració i instal·lació
Proper installation is crucial for the safe and efficient operation of your MPPT solar charge controller. Please follow these steps carefully.
3.1. Connection Order
- Connecteu la bateria: First, connect the battery to the charge controller. Ensure correct polarity. The controller will automatically detect the battery voltage (12V o 24V).
- Connecteu el panell solar: Next, connect the solar panel array to the charge controller. Ensure correct polarity. The controller will begin tracking the maximum power point.
- Connecteu la càrrega (opcional): Finally, connect your DC load to the controller's load terminals.
Important: Always connect the battery first and disconnect the solar panel first when disassembling the system to prevent damage to the controller.

3.2. Sensor de temperatura
The controller includes a temperature sensor for accurate battery charging compensation. Connect the temperature sensor to the designated port on the controller. Place the sensor near the battery for optimal performance.

The LCD display provides real-time information about your solar system. Use the "SELECT" and "ENTER" buttons to navigate through menus and adjust settings.

4.2. 4-Stage Procés de càrrega

4.3. Remote Monitoring and Control

5. Solució De Problemes
The controller is designed with multiple protection features and can provide warnings for various issues. Refer to the LCD display for fault codes or indicators.
Common Fault Warnings and Solutions:
- PV Array Open-Circuit: Check connections between solar panels and the controller. Ensure panels are receiving sunlight.
- Voltage Lower Than 8V: Indicates a severely discharged battery. Charge the battery using an alternative source if possible, or check battery health.

- Over Discharged: Battery has been discharged below its safe limit. Disconnect load and charge the battery.
