Desembalatge i components

Instal·lació de la bateria
- Localitzeu el compartiment de la bateria a la part inferior de la bàscula.
- Obriu la tapa del compartiment de la bateria.
- Insert the 3 AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+ and - terminals).
- Tanqueu bé la tapa del compartiment de la bateria.
Initial Placement and Calibration
For accurate readings, place the scale on a hard, flat surface. Avoid carpets or uneven flooring.
- Col·loqueu l'escala sobre una superfície estable i plana.
- Step onto the scale briefly, then step off. The display will show "0.0" or a similar reading, indicating it is calibrating.
- Wait for the display to turn off automatically. The scale is now ready for use.
Instruccions de funcionament
Pesatge bàsic
- Ensure the scale is on a hard, flat surface.
- Puja suaument al centre de la bàscula amb els peus descalços.
- Stand still until your weight is displayed and stabilizes. The scale will beep when the reading is complete.
- Step off the scale. The reading will hold for a few seconds before turning off automatically.
Conversió d'unitats
The scale supports both pounds (lb) and kilograms (kg). To change the unit:
- Locate the unit button on the underside of the scale, near the battery compartment.
- Press the button to toggle between lb and kg. The selected unit will be displayed on the screen.
Bluetooth Connectivity and Fitdays App (Optional)
To track your weight and BMI data over time, you can pair your scale with the Fitdays app (available for Android and iOS).
- Download the "Fitdays" app from your device's app store.

- Step onto the scale. Your weight and BMI data will automatically sync with the app.
