The CONTINENTAL EDISON CECV50FCS is a freestanding ceramic hob cooker featuring four cooking zones and an electric fan-assisted oven. It offers a total useful volume of 47 liters and enhanced safety with its tempered glass door. The cooker measures approximately L49.5 x H82.7 x P58 cm.

3. Configuració
3.1 Desembalatge
- Carefully remove all packaging materials from the cooker.
- Check for any damage during transit. If damage is found, do not install or operate the appliance and contact your retailer.

3.2 Col·locació
- Place the cooker on a stable, level surface.
- Ensure adequate ventilation around the appliance. Maintain minimum distances from adjacent furniture or walls as specified in local installation regulations.

- The electrical connection must be performed by a qualified electrician in accordance with local regulations and safety standards.

4. Instruccions de funcionament
4.1 Using the Ceramic Hobs
The cooker is equipped with four ceramic cooking zones. Refer to Figure 2.3 for the control panel and Figure 2.4 for the hob layout.
- Place a suitable pan on the desired cooking zone. Ensure the pan base covers the cooking zone completely for optimal efficiency.
- Turn the corresponding hob control knob (refer to Figure 2.3) clockwise to select the desired heat level, typically from 1 (low) to 6 (high).
- The indicator light on the control panel will illuminate when a hob is active.
- After cooking, turn the knob back to the '0' position to switch off the hob. The residual heat indicator will remain lit until the surface has cooled down.
4.2 Ús del forn
The electric oven features a fan-assisted heating system for even cooking. Refer to Figure 2.3 for the oven control knobs.
- Place food on the appropriate oven rack.
- Turn the oven function selector knob to choose the desired cooking mode (e.g., fan-assisted, grill).
- Turn the oven temperature selector knob to set the desired temperature.
- The oven indicator light will illuminate while the oven is heating and turn off once the set temperature is reached. It will cycle on and off during cooking to maintain the temperature.
- The digital display can be used to set a timer or clock, if available. Consult the full manual for detailed timer functions.
- After cooking, turn both oven knobs back to the '0' position.
5. Manteniment i Neteja
Regular cleaning and maintenance ensure the longevity and safe operation of your cooker.
5.1 Neteja general
- Assegureu-vos sempre que l'aparell estigui apagat i refredat abans de netejar-lo.
- No utilitzeu netejadors abrasius, fregalls ni productes químics agressius, ja que poden danyar les superfícies.

5.2 Cleaning the Ceramic Hob
- Per a vessaments lleugers, netegeu amb un anunci.amp cloth and mild detergent once the hob has cooled.
- For stubborn stains or burnt-on food, use a specialized ceramic hob cleaner and a scraper designed for ceramic surfaces. Follow the product instructions.
- Avoid sugar spills, as they can permanently damage the ceramic surface if not cleaned immediately.
5.3 Neteja del forn

- Netegeu l'interior del forn amb anunciamp cloth and mild detergent. For tougher grease, use an oven cleaner suitable for your oven type, following the manufacturer's instructions.
