4. Configuració i ús inicial

Desembalatge i col·locació:

2. Place the walking pad on a firm, level surface. Ensure there is at least 2 feet (60 cm) of clear space behind the unit and 1 foot (30 cm) on each side for safe operation.
3. This unit is designed for installation-free use, meaning no complex assembly is required.

5. Instruccions de funcionament

• To power off, press the "STOP" button on the remote control, then flip the main power switch to the "OFF" position.

1. Stand on the side rails of the walking pad.
2. Press the "START" button on the remote control. The belt will begin moving at a low speed (e.g., 0.5 MPH).

2. Locate the eccentric wheels at the rear of the walking pad.
3. Rotate the eccentric wheels to select your desired incline level: 1.3°, 2.4°, or 4.8°. Refer to the markings on the unit.
4. Ensure both sides are adjusted to the same incline level before use.

Using Workout Programs:

The walking pad includes 12 pre-set workout programs. To select a program:

• While the treadmill is in standby mode (powered on but belt not moving), press the "PROGRAM" button on the remote control to cycle through the available programs (P1-P12).
• Once your desired program is displayed, press "START" to begin the workout. The program will automatically adjust speed and duration according to its pre-defined profile.

Procediment:

2. Gently lift one side of the running belt.
3. Apply a small amount of silicone-based treadmill lubricant (not included, typically purchased separately) in a thin line along the center of the deck, underneath the belt.

5. Plug in the treadmill and run it at a slow speed (e.g., 1 MPH) for 5 minutes to distribute the lubricant evenly.

If the running belt becomes off-center or slips, it may need adjustment.

• Centrat: If the belt drifts to one side, use an Allen wrench (not included) to turn the adjustment bolt on the side towards which the belt is drifting, a quarter turn clockwise. Run the treadmill for 2 minutes and observe. Repeat until centered.
• Tensió: If the belt slips during use, turn both rear adjustment bolts a quarter turn clockwise. Run the treadmill for 2 minutes and test. Repeat until slipping stops. Do not overtighten.
