Instruccions de configuració

Choosing a Power Outlet:

Your EV charger supports both Level 1 (120V) and Level 2 (240V) charging. The type of outlet you use will determine the charging speed.

Level 2 Charging (240V, 16A): Requires a NEMA 6-20R receptacle. This provides the fastest charging speed (up to 3 kW). Ensure the circuit is dedicated and properly rated for 16 Amps o superior.
Level 1 Charging (120V, 15A): Use the included NEMA 5-15P to 6-20R adapter to connect to a standard 120V household outlet (NEMA 5-15R). This will charge at a slower rate.

Passos d'instal·lació:

Inspeccioneu el carregador: Before first use, carefully inspect the charging cable, control box, and connectors for any signs of damage. Do not use if any damage is observed.
Seleccioneu la ubicació: Choose a dry, well-ventilated location for charging. The charger is rated for both indoor and outdoor use (IP65), but protection from direct heavy rain or snow is recommended for prolonged outdoor use.
Connecteu-vos a l'alimentació:
- For Level 2 (240V) charging: Plug the charger's NEMA 6-20P plug directly into a compatible 240V NEMA 6-20R outlet.
- For Level 1 (120V) charging: Connect the charger's NEMA 6-20P plug to the included NEMA 5-15P to 6-20R adapter, then plug the adapter into a standard 120V NEMA 5-15R household outlet.
Ensure the connection is secure. The control box will illuminate, indicating it is powered on and ready.

Instruccions de funcionament

Connexió al vehicle: Once the charger is powered on, open your electric vehicle's charging port cover. Firmly insert the J1772 connector into your vehicle's charging inlet until it clicks into place.
Iniciar la càrrega: The charger's control box will display the charging status. Typically, a green light or specific LED pattern indicates active charging. Your vehicle's dashboard or infotainment system will also confirm charging has begun.
Càrrega del monitor: The LED indicators on the control box provide real-time status. Refer to the "LED Indicator Status" section for details.
Final de la càrrega: To stop charging, first unlock your vehicle's charging port (if applicable, via your car's key fob or app). Then, press the release button on the J1772 connector and pull it firmly out of the vehicle's charging inlet.
Desconnectar de l'alimentació: After charging is complete and the connector is removed from the vehicle, unplug the charger from the wall outlet.

Manteniment

Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and safe operation of your EV charger.

Neteja: Disconnect the charger from the power source before cleaning. Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe down the control box and cable. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
Inspecció del cable: Regularly inspect the entire length of the charging cable for any cuts, fraying, or damage. Check the connectors for bent pins or corrosion. If any damage is found, discontinue use immediately and contact support.
Emmagatzematge: When not in use, coil the cable neatly and store the charger in a dry, clean place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Avoid kinking or bending the cable sharply.
Cura del connector: Keep the J1772 connector clean and free of debris. Use the protective cap (if provided) when not in use to prevent dust and moisture ingress.

Resolució de problemes
