3. Muntatge i muntatge
Before first use, ensure all packaging materials are removed and clean the components as described in the 'Maintenance and Cleaning' section.
Passos de muntatge:
- Place the motor unit on a clean, dry, and stable surface. Ensure the speed control knob is set to '0' (OFF) and the appliance is unplugged.
- Lift the mixer head by pressing the release button (if applicable, usually located on the side or back of the motor unit).
- Place the 5.0L stainless steel mixing bowl onto the base, twisting it clockwise until it locks securely into place.
- Select the desired attachment (dough hook, mixing blade, or egg whisk). Align the attachment with the shaft and push upwards, then twist to secure it. Ensure it is firmly locked.
- Lower the mixer head until it locks into position. You should hear a click.

4. Instruccions de funcionament
Follow these steps for safe and effective operation of your stand mixer.
Funcionament general:
- Ensure the mixer is correctly assembled and the speed control is set to '0'.
- Afegiu els ingredients al bol. No ompliu massa el bol.
- Plug the appliance into a suitable 230V power outlet.
- Turn the speed control knob to the desired speed setting (1-6). Start with a lower speed and gradually increase to prevent splashing.
- For short bursts of maximum power, turn the knob to the 'Pulse' (P) setting and hold it. Release to stop.
- When finished, turn the speed control knob back to '0' and unplug the appliance.
- Lift the mixer head and remove the attachment and mixing bowl.
Attachment Usage Guide:
- Ganxo de massa: Use for kneading heavy mixtures such as bread dough, pizza dough, or pasta dough. Recommended speeds: 1-3.
- Mixing Blade (Beater): Ideal for medium-heavy mixtures like cake batters, cookie dough, frostings, or mashed potatoes. Recommended speeds: 2-4.
- Batedora d'ou: Best for light mixtures such as whipping cream, egg whites, meringues, or light batters. Recommended speeds: 4-6.
Dough Mixing Guidelines:
- Optimal Dough Mixing: For best results, use 800g of flour with 440g of water.
- Suggested Maximum Dough Mixing: The mixer can handle up to 1000g of flour with 550g of water. Do not exceed these quantities to prevent motor strain.
5. Manteniment i Neteja
Regular cleaning and proper maintenance will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your stand mixer.
Instruccions de neteja:
- Desconnecteu sempre l’aparell de la presa de corrent abans de netejar-lo.
