1. Informació de seguretat

• Assemblea de dues persones: Assembly requires at least two people for safety and ease of installation.
• Ancoratge segur: Always install expansion screws correctly to ensure the pergola's stability. Failure to anchor properly can lead to the pergola overturning in strong winds.
• Condicions meteorològiques: Protect the shelter during extreme weather conditions such as heavy winds, snow, or storms. Retract the canopy and secure side curtains to prevent damage.
• Inspecció periòdica: Reviseu periòdicament totes les connexions i elements de fixació per assegurar-vos que estiguin ben ajustats i segurs.
• Parts danyades: If any items are damaged during transit or assembly, contact the seller immediately for replacement parts. Do not attempt to assemble with damaged components.

2. Contingut del paquet

Verify that all parts are present and undamaged before beginning assembly. All parts are clearly labeled with letters for easy identification.

3. Instruccions de muntatge

Assembly typically takes approximately 2 hours with two people. Follow the step-by-step instructions provided in the included manual for a straightforward process.

3.1. Muntatge del marc

1. Unpack all components and lay them out on a clean, flat surface. Verify all parts against the parts list.
2. Assemble the main support posts and horizontal beams according to the diagrams in your manual. Ensure all connections are finger-tight initially.
3. Attach the crossbeams to the main frame. The pergola features 5 crossbeams to enhance stability.
4. Once the frame is upright, tighten all screws and bolts securely.

3.2. Instal·lació de marquesines i cortines

1. Install the retractable canopy fabric onto the designated tracks or support bars. Ensure the pulley system operates smoothly.
2. Attach the four roller shade curtains to the side rails. These can be used on one side or both sides as needed.

3.3. Anchoring the Pergola

For optimal stability, especially in windy conditions, the pergola must be securely anchored to the ground.

1. Position the assembled pergola in your desired location.
2. Using the provided anchoring hardware, secure each post base to a solid surface (e.g., concrete patio, wooden deck, or ground with appropriate stakes).
3. Ensure all anchors are tightened to prevent movement.

4. Instruccions de funcionament

4.1. Dossier retràctil

The pergola features an easily adjustable canopy for optimal shade. It operates with a smooth pulley system and can be secured in place with a locking mechanism.

• Per estendre: Gently pull the canopy fabric outwards using the designated handle or cord until it reaches the desired extension. Secure it using the locking system.
• Per retractar-se: Release the locking mechanism and guide the canopy fabric back along its tracks until it is fully retracted.

4.2. Roller Shade Curtains

The four roller shade curtains provide additional privacy and sun protection on the sides of the pergola.

• Abaixar: Gently pull the bottom bar of the curtain downwards to extend it.
• Per elevar: Guide the bottom bar upwards until the curtain is fully retracted.

5. Manteniment

Proper maintenance will extend the life and appearance of your Aoodor pergola.

5.1. Fabric Care (Canopy and Curtains)

The canopy and roller curtains are made from premium polyester fiber, which is UV and fade resistant, and coated with PA for waterproof performance.

• Neteja: Clean the fabric with mild soap and water. Rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry completely before retracting or storing. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
• Emmagatzematge estacional: For prolonged periods of non-use or during winter months, it is recommended to remove the canopy and curtains and store them in a dry, protected area to prevent damage from extreme weather.

5.2. Cura del marc

The robust aluminum frame features a high-quality powder coating that protects against peeling, rust, and corrosion.

• Neteja: Netegeu el marc amb l'anunciamp cloth and mild detergent. Dry thoroughly to prevent water spots.
• Inspecció: Regularly inspect the frame for any signs of wear, damage, or loose connections. Tighten any loose bolts or screws.
