1. Introducció

Welcome to the world of Monopoly Classic! This instruction manual provides a comprehensive guide to setting up and playing the classic property trading board game. Designed for 2 to 6 players aged 8 and above, Monopoly challenges players to buy, sell, and trade properties to become the wealthiest player and bankrupt opponents.

2. Components

3. Configuració

1. Place the Game Board: Desplega el tauler de joc i col·loca'l sobre una superfície plana.
2. Cartes separades: Separate the Chance cards and Community Chest cards. Shuffle each deck individually and place them face down on their designated spaces on the game board.
3. Distribute Title Deeds: Place the Title Deed cards next to their corresponding properties on the board.
4. Selecció de banquers: One player is chosen as the Banker. The Banker is responsible for all money transactions with the Bank, including distributing starting money, handling property sales, and collecting taxes. The Banker may also play as a regular player, but must keep their personal funds separate from the Bank's.

   The total starting amount for each player is €1500.

7. Houses and Hotels: Place the Houses and Hotels near the board, ready for purchase.
8. Daus: Keep the two dice ready for rolling.

4. Com jugar

4.1 Objectiu del joc

The objective of Monopoly is to be the last player remaining with money and properties, having driven all other players into bankruptcy.

4.2 Game Turn

Players roll both dice. The player with the highest roll goes first. Play proceeds clockwise.

Quan sigui el teu torn, segueix aquests passos:

1. Tira els daus: Tira els dos daus i mou la teva fitxa en sentit horari pel tauler el nombre de caselles indicades.
2. Action Based on Space: The action you take depends on the space your token lands on:
   • Unowned Property (Street, Railroad, Utility): You may buy the property from the Bank for the price printed on the board. If you choose not to buy it, the Banker immediately auctions it to the highest bidder.
   • Propietat: If another player owns the property, you must pay them rent according to the Title Deed card. If the property is mortgaged, no rent is paid.
   • Chance o Caixa comunitària: Draw the top card from the respective deck and follow its instructions. Return the card to the bottom of the deck unless it's a "Get Out of Jail Free" card.
   • Tax Spaces (Income Tax, Luxury Tax): Pagar l'import especificat al Banc.
   • "GO" (Start): If you pass or land on "GO", collect €200 from the Bank.
   • Presó:
     • If you land on "Just Visiting", you are safe.
     • If you land on "Go to Jail", you immediately move your token to the "In Jail" space. You do not collect €200 for passing "GO".
     • To get out of Jail: Pay €50, use a "Get Out of Jail Free" card, or roll doubles on one of your next three turns. If you fail to roll doubles after three turns, you must pay €50 and then move according to your last roll.

3. Dobles: If you roll doubles, you take your turn as usual, then roll the dice again for another turn. If you roll doubles three times in a row, you immediately go to Jail.
4. Edifici: After moving and taking action, you may build houses or hotels on your properties if you own all properties in a color group. Houses must be built evenly across the properties in a group.
5. Comerç: You can trade properties, money, or "Get Out of Jail Free" cards with other players at any time.

4.3 Property Management

• Compra de propietats: When you land on an unowned property, you can buy it for the price listed on the board.
• Building Houses/Hotels: Once you own all properties in a color group, you can start building houses. You must build evenly, meaning you cannot place a second house on any property in a group until all properties in that group have one house. Four houses can be traded for one hotel.
• Propietats hipotecàries: If you need money, you can mortgage properties to the Bank. You receive money from the Bank, but you cannot collect rent on mortgaged properties. To unmortgage, pay the Bank the mortgage value plus 10% interest.
• Selling Properties: You can sell undeveloped properties back to the Bank for half their purchase price. Houses and hotels must be sold evenly before selling the property.

5. Game End

A player is bankrupt if they owe more money than they can pay, even after selling all their buildings and mortgaging all their properties. When a player goes bankrupt, they are out of the game.

The game ends when only one player remains. That player is declared the winner.
