1. Unscrew the outer cup lid.
2. Unscrew the inner plastic stopper.
3. Wash the bottle, cup lid, and stopper with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly.
4. For best temperature retention, pre-heat or pre-cool the bottle:
   • For hot beverages: Fill with hot water for 5 minutes, then empty.
   • For cold beverages: Fill with cold water or ice for 5 minutes, then empty.
5. Fill the bottle with your desired beverage. Do not overfill.
6. Securely screw the inner stopper back into place, then screw on the outer cup lid.
