The KEFEYA Z1 is designed for plug-and-play operation, requiring no driver installation.
If your laptop has a full-function USB-C port (supporting both video and power), you can connect the monitor using a single USB-C to C cable. Look for USB-C ports with symbols like Thunderbolt 3, Thunderbolt 4, or DP 1.2.
If your laptop's USB-C port does not support video transmission, or if you prefer, you can use two cables: one HDMI to MINI HDMI cable for video transmission and one USB-A to C cable for power supply.

A: If your laptop has a USB-C port with one of the following symbols (or the Thunderbolt 3, Thunderbolt 4, DP 1.2 logos), then it is a full-function Type-C port. You can use a single USB-C to C cable to connect the screen. Refer to your computer's manual or manufacturer's website for port specifications.
A: 1. If using a USB-C to C connection, it may indicate that your computer's USB-C port only supports power, not video transmission. In this case, connect an HDMI cable to the monitor for video transmission.
2. If using an HDMI cable for video, ensure you also connect a USB-A/C to C cable (5V/2A) to the monitor for power.
A: This may be due to low laptop battery or insufficient voltage. Use an additional USB-A to C cable to provide power to the laptop or the monitor screen extender.
A: Your laptop may not be providing enough power. Please charge the monitor with an extra power supply that provides 5V/2A. Also, ensure your laptop screen is active to prevent the extender screen from entering sleep mode.
