Configuració

1. Desempaquetar el dispositiu: Carefully remove the AUTOOL AST 603 and all accessories from the packaging.
2. Inspeccionar per danys: Check the device and all components for any signs of shipping damage. Do not use if damaged.
3. Preparar la zona de treball: Ensure a clean, well-lit, and well-ventilated area. Position the vehicle on a level surface and engage the parking brake.

5. Initial Purging (First Startup): For the first use, it is essential to fill the equipment's tubing with new brake fluid to achieve an air-free bleeding process. This purges any air from the internal lines of the AST 603 itself.

6. Seleccioneu l'adaptador adequat: Choose the correct adapter for your vehicle's brake fluid reservoir. The kit includes adapters for various vehicle models, including Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Volkswagen, Skoda, Volvo, Land Rover, Jaguar, Ford, Audi, Tesla, and more.

Instruccions de funcionament

The AUTOOL AST 603 allows for efficient, one-person brake fluid exchange without the need to press the brake pedal.

1. Prepare New Brake Fluid: Place the pressure balance hose and the oil suction hose into the new brake fluid bottle. Ensure the bottle is stable.
2. Connect to Reservoir: Connect the filling hose to the adapter fitting, then securely attach the adapter to the vehicle's brake fluid reservoir. Ensure the machine's internal lines are purged before connecting to the vehicle.
3. Connect Recovery Bottle: Connect the recovery fluid bottle (waste oil bottle) to the brake wheel cylinder bleed screw.
4. Inici de l'operació: Turn on the power switch on the AST 603. Press and hold the "START" button to begin the brake fluid exchange operation.
5. Monitor de pressió: Adjust the pressure using the pressure adjustment knob as needed (0.7-2.5 bar). Monitor the pressure gauge to ensure stable operation.
6. Monitor Fluid Level: The device features smart liquid level monitoring. Filling automatically stops when the new fluid bottle is empty, preventing air from entering the brake system lines.

7. Drain Old Fluid: Open the bleed screw on the wheel cylinder to allow the old brake fluid to drain into the recovery bottle. Continue draining until new, clean brake fluid emerges.
8. Repeat for All Wheels: Repeat the process for each wheel, typically starting with the wheel furthest from the master cylinder (e.g., rear passenger, rear driver, front passenger, front driver).
9. Acaba l'operació: Once all wheels are bled, close the bleed screws, turn off the AST 603, and disconnect all hoses.

Manteniment
