3. Guia de configuració

Follow these steps to set up your TRIGKEY S5 Mini PC for the first time:

1. Connecteu els perifèrics:
   • Connect your monitor(s) to the Mini PC using the HDMI, DisplayPort, or Type-C ports.

   • If using a wired network, connect an Ethernet cable to the RJ45 LAN port.

2. Connectar l'alimentació:

   Press the power button located on the front of the Mini PC. The power indicator light will illuminate.

4. Initial Operating System Setup:

4.1. Connexió a una xarxa

• Connexió per cable: If you connected an Ethernet cable during setup, your Mini PC should automatically connect to the network.
• Connexió sense fil (Wi-Fi 6):
  1. Access your operating system's network settings.
  2. Seleccioneu la xarxa Wi-Fi desitjada de la llista de xarxes disponibles.
  3. Enter the network password if prompted and connect.

4.2. Connecting Multiple Displays

The TRIGKEY S5 Mini PC supports up to three displays simultaneously via its HDMI, DisplayPort (DP), and Type-C video output ports. Ensure your monitors support the desired resolution (up to 4K@60Hz).

1. Connect each monitor to an available video output port on the Mini PC.
2. Once connected, your operating system should detect the additional displays. You may need to configure display settings (e.g., extend, duplicate, or primary display) within your OS display settings.

4.3. Configuració de la BIOS

To access the BIOS/UEFI settings, power on the Mini PC and repeatedly press the designated key (commonly Del or F2) during startup. Within the BIOS, you can configure advanced settings such as:

• Encès automàtic: Enable the system to automatically power on at a scheduled time.
• Wake on LAN (WoL): Allow the Mini PC to be powered on remotely over a network connection.

5. Hardware Expansion and Upgrades

The TRIGKEY S5 Mini PC offers options for memory and storage expansion to enhance its performance and capacity.

5.1. Memory (RAM) Upgrade

The Mini PC comes with 32GB DDR4 RAM (2x16GB SO-DIMM, 3200MHz) and supports an upgrade to a maximum of 64GB (2x32GB SO-DIMM).

1. Apagueu el mini PC i desconnecteu tots els cables.
2. Carefully open the Mini PC casing to access the SO-DIMM slots. Refer to the internal diagram for location.
3. Gently unclip the existing RAM modules (if replacing) and insert the new DDR4 SO-DIMM modules into the slots, ensuring they are seated correctly.
4. Tanca el casing and reconnect all cables.

5.2. Storage (SSD/HDD) Upgrade

The Mini PC includes a 500GB M.2 2280 NVMe SSD and can be expanded up to 2TB. It also supports adding a 2.5-inch SATA HDD or SSD.

1. Apagueu el mini PC i desconnecteu tots els cables.
2. Open the Mini PC casing.
3. Per a SSD M.2 NVMe: Locate the M.2 slot. If replacing, remove the existing SSD. Insert the new M.2 2280 NVMe SSD and secure it with the provided screw.
4. Per a una unitat SATA de 2.5 polzades: Locate the 2.5-inch drive bay. Install the SATA HDD/SSD into the bay and connect the SATA data and power cables.
5. Tanca el casing and reconnect all cables.
