1. Guia de configuració

1.1 Què hi ha a la caixa

Your BIGGERFIVE Smart Watch package includes the following items:

• BIGGERFIVE Smart Watch (BW01)

1.2 Càrrega del dispositiu

Before first use, fully charge your smart watch. Connect the magnetic charging cable to the charging port on the back of the watch and plug the USB end into a compatible power adapter (not included) or computer USB port.

A full charge typically takes less than 2 hours. The watch offers approximately 7 days of normal use, up to 14 days with light use, and over 30 days of standby time. Battery life may vary based on usage and other factors.

1.3 Initial Pairing and App Installation

To unlock the full features of your BIGGERFIVE Smart Watch, download and install the companion app on your smartphone. The watch is compatible with Android 6.0+ and iOS 9.0+ devices.

Scan the QR code on the product packaging or visit the official website to download the app. Once installed, open the app and follow the on-screen instructions to pair your watch. After initial pairing, the watch can be used independently for many functions.

2. Instruccions de funcionament

2.1 Navegació bàsica

The BIGGERFIVE Smart Watch features a 1.5-inch HD touch screen for easy navigation. Swipe left, right, up, or down to access different functions and menus. The side button typically serves as a back or home button.

The watch automatically tracks daily activities including steps, distance, calories burned, and active minutes. It supports 14 sports modes such as walking, running, cycling, swimming, basketball, and more. Kids can earn virtual medals for reaching activity goals, inspiring consistent engagement.

The smart watch provides comprehensive health monitoring features, including real-time heart rate tracking and sleep pattern analysis. These functions help promote your child's overall well-being.

With 50M/5ATM super waterproof design, the watch is suitable for active water play, including swimming, up to 50 meters deep. This makes it ideal for various water activities.

2.5 Alarm Clock and Reminders

The watch includes an alarm clock function to help establish routines. Additionally, you can set various reminders through the companion app, such as prompts to drink water or take medicine, promoting healthy habits.

3. Manteniment

3.1 Neteja del dispositiu

To maintain the watch's appearance and functionality, regularly wipe the screen and band with a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn dirt, a slightly damp es pot fer servir un drap. Eviteu utilitzar productes químics agressius o materials abrasius.

3.2 Cura de la bateria

To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the watch frequently. Charge it when the battery level is low. Store the charging cable carefully to prevent damage, especially avoiding contact of the charging head with metal objects, which can cause resistance issues.

4. Solució De Problemes

• Cannot charge or keeps vibrating when charging: This issue can occur if the charging cable's metal contacts are frequently exposed to metal objects, causing increased resistance. Ensure the charging head does not come into contact with other metal objects when stored. If this problem persists, contact customer support for a replacement charging cable.
• Difficulty pairing with mobile phone: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone and the watch is within range. Restart both the watch and your phone. Verify that the companion app is installed correctly and updated to the latest version. Refer to section 1.3 for detailed pairing instructions. After the first successful pairing, the watch can operate independently for many features.
• Seguiment d'activitats inexacte: Ensure the watch is worn snugly on the wrist, but not too tight. Movement of the watch during activity can affect sensor accuracy.
• La pantalla no respon: Try restarting the watch by pressing and holding the side button. If unresponsive, ensure the battery is charged.

Regarding the charging cable issue (cannot charge/keeps vibrating), BIGGERFIVE attaches great importance to this problem and has replaced the charging cable with a better quality one. If you experience this issue, please contact customer service for a replacement. We expect to completely solve this problem after July 2024.
