2. Configuració i preparació
Before starting the engine, ensure it is properly installed and all necessary fluids are at the correct levels.
2.1 Muntatge del motor
The LONCIN G252 F T/Q engine features a horizontal, cylindrical shaft (25.4 mm diameter, 80 mm length) designed for various applications. Securely mount the engine to a stable, level surface using appropriate fasteners. Ensure there is adequate clearance around the engine for ventilation and maintenance access.
2.2 Combustible i petroli
- Combustible: Fill the fuel tank with fresh, unleaded gasoline. The fuel tank capacity is 6 liters. Do not overfill.
- Oli de motor: Check the engine oil level using the dipstick. Add recommended 4-stroke engine oil until the level reaches the upper mark on the dipstick. The oil capacity is 1.1 liters.
3. Instruccions de funcionament
3.1 Starting the Engine (Recoil Start)
- Assegureu-vos que el motor estigui sobre una superfície plana.
- Obriu la vàlvula de combustible.
- Moveu la palanca de l'estrangulador a la posició «CHOKE» (si el motor està fred).
- Moveu la palanca de l'accelerador a la posició "RÀPID".
- Grasp the recoil starter handle firmly and pull it slowly until resistance is felt, then pull sharply and quickly. Repeat if necessary.
- Un cop el motor s'hagi engegat, moveu gradualment la palanca de l'estrangulador a la posició "RUN".
3.2 Parar el motor
- Moveu la palanca de l'accelerador a la posició "SLOW" o "IDLE".
- Gireu l'interruptor del motor a la posició 'OFF'.
- Tanqueu la vàlvula de combustible.
3.3 Adjusting Engine Speed
The engine RPM is adjustable via the throttle lever. Move the lever towards 'FAST' for higher RPM and towards 'SLOW' for lower RPM. The engine features a manual remote choke for precise control.
4. Manteniment
Regular maintenance is crucial for the longevity and optimal performance of your engine. Always perform maintenance with the engine off and cool.
