This manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient operation, setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your ABAC Monte Carlo OSS 20P Air Compressor. Please read these instructions carefully before using the compressor to ensure proper function and to prevent injury or damage.
The ABAC Monte Carlo OSS 20P is an oil-free, soundproof air compressor designed for both DIY and professional applications. It features a 2 HP motor, a 50-liter tank capacity, and delivers an air flow of 222 liters per minute at a maximum pressure of 10 bar. Its low noise level of 72 dBa makes it suitable for various environments.

Instruccions de seguretat
Always observe the following safety precautions to reduce the risk of electric shock, fire, or serious injury.
- Seguretat elèctrica: Ensure the compressor is connected to a properly grounded outlet with the correct voltage (230 Volts). Do not use extension cords unless absolutely necessary and ensure they are rated for the compressor's power requirements.
- Seguretat de pressió: Never exceed the maximum operating pressure of the compressor or the tools connected to it. Do not tamper with the safety valve. Always drain condensation from the tank regularly to prevent corrosion and maintain tank integrity.
- Equips de protecció individual (EPI): Wear appropriate eye protection (safety glasses) and hearing protection (earplugs or earmuffs) when operating the compressor.
- Ventilació: Operate the compressor in a well-ventilated area to prevent overheating and ensure proper air intake.
- Estabilitat: Place the compressor on a stable, level surface to prevent tipping during operation.
- Infants i espectadors: Mantingueu els nens i els espectadors lluny del compressor en funcionament.
- Manteniment: Disconnect the compressor from the power supply and release all air pressure before performing any maintenance or adjustments.

Configuració
- Desembalatge: Carefully remove the compressor from its packaging. Inspect for any shipping damage. Report any damage to your supplier immediately.
- Col·locació: Col·loqueu el compressor sobre una superfície ferma i anivellada en una zona neta i ben ventilada. Assegureu-vos que hi hagi prou espai al voltant de la unitat per a la circulació de l'aire.
- Wheel Assembly (if not pre-assembled): Attach the wheels and handle according to the diagrams in the separate assembly guide (if provided). Ensure all fasteners are securely tightened.
- Connexió elèctrica: Connect the power cord to a grounded 230V, single-phase electrical outlet. Verify that the power supply matches the specifications on the compressor's data plate.
- Comprovació inicial: Before first use, ensure all connections are secure and the drain valve at the bottom of the tank is closed.
Instruccions de funcionament
- Arrencada del compressor: Plug the compressor into the power outlet. Turn the power switch to the "ON" position. The compressor will start to build pressure.
- Monitorització de la pressió: Observe the pressure gauges. One gauge shows the tank pressure, and the other shows the regulated outlet pressure. The compressor will automatically shut off when the maximum tank pressure is reached and restart when the pressure drops.
- Ajust de la pressió de sortida: Use the pressure regulator knob to set the desired working pressure for your air tools. Turn clockwise to increase pressure, counter-clockwise to decrease.
- Connexió d'eines pneumàtiques: Attach your air hose to the quick-connect coupler on the compressor. Connect your air tool to the other end of the hose.
- Apagant: When finished, turn the power switch to the "OFF" position. Disconnect air tools and hoses. Slowly open the drain valve at the bottom of the tank to release all remaining air pressure.
Manteniment
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your compressor. Always disconnect power and release all air pressure before performing maintenance.
- Escorreu la condensació (diàriament/després de cada ús): Open the drain valve located at the bottom of the air tank to release accumulated moisture. This prevents rust and extends tank life. Close the valve securely after draining.
- Clean Exterior (Regularly): Wipe down the compressor's exterior with a damp drap per eliminar la pols i les restes. No utilitzeu productes químics agressius ni netejadors abrasius.
- Air Filter Inspection (Monthly): Check the air intake filter for dirt and blockages. Clean or replace the filter as necessary to ensure proper air intake and prevent motor strain.
- Disseny sense oli: This compressor features an oil-free pump, eliminating the need for oil changes or oil level checks.
