Introducció

Thank you for choosing the Joydeem Electric Food Steamer. This 2-tier, 15L capacity steamer is designed to make healthy cooking simple and efficient. With its powerful 1350W heating element and versatile functions, you can steam, stew, and slow cook a variety of dishes for your family. Please read this manual thoroughly before first use to ensure safe operation and optimal performance.

Configuració

1. Desembalar: Traieu amb cura tots els materials d'embalatge i els components de la caixa.
2. Neteja inicial: Before first use, wash all removable parts (glass lid, steam racks, steam generator, stainless steel liner) with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. Wipe the main unit (PP body) with a damp tela.
3. Col·locació: Place the steamer on a stable, flat, heat-resistant surface, away from walls or cabinets to allow for proper steam ventilation.
4. Muntar: Place the stainless steel liner into the PP body. Insert the steam generator into the center of the liner.
5. Afegeix aigua: Fill the stainless steel liner with water, ensuring it is between the minimum and maximum water lines. Do not overfill.

The steamer features an intuitive digital control panel. While there may be slight variations in design (as shown above), the core functions remain the same:

• Visualització: Shows time, power settings, and menu selections.
• Botó de menú: Cycles through preset cooking modes (Dessert, Meat, Egg, Seafood, Hot Pot, Soup/Porridge).

Cooking Modes and Capacity

The Joydeem Electric Food Steamer offers versatile cooking options:

• Steaming (Two-Tier): Utilize both stainless steel steam racks for simultaneous steaming of different foods. The 15L capacity and 29cm diameter allow for large items like a whole fish.
• Steaming (Single-Tier): Use one steam rack for smaller batches or specific items.
• Hot Pot / Stew / Slow Cook: Remove the steam generator and steam racks to transform the base into a 3L electric pot. Ideal for noodles, shabu-shabu, congee, or slow cooking. The Hot Pot menu allows for 3-speed power adjustment.

Timer and Keep Warm Functions

• 24H Delay Start: Supports up to 24 hours of preset delay, allowing you to prepare ingredients in advance and set the steamer to start cooking at a later time.
• Temporitzador de 1 hores: For specific menus like Dessert, Meat, Egg, and Seafood, the cooking time can be extended up to 1 hour using the timer function.
• 2H Keep Warm: After cooking is complete, the steamer will automatically switch to a keep warm mode for up to 2 hours (maintaining a temperature of 60-80°C / 140-176°F), ensuring your food stays warm until serving.

Neteja i Manteniment

Regular cleaning ensures the longevity and hygienic operation of your steamer. All stainless steel components are easy to clean.

• Neteja diària: After each use, unplug the steamer and allow it to cool completely. Wash the glass lid, steam racks, steam generator, and stainless steel liner with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry immediately to prevent water spots.
• Unitat base: Wipe the exterior of the PP body with a damp drap. No submergiu la unitat principal en aigua ni en cap altre líquid.
• Descalcificació: Over time, mineral deposits may accumulate in the stainless steel liner. To descale, fill the liner with a mixture of water and white vinegar (1:1 ratio). Heat the mixture for 15-20 minutes, then unplug and let it sit for an hour. Pour out the mixture, scrub gently with a non-abrasive sponge, and rinse thoroughly.
• Emmagatzematge: Ensure all parts are completely dry before storing. Store the steamer in a cool, dry place.
