Preparing the MicroDisc Filter
- Unwrap one BRITA MicroDisc filter from its protective packaging.
- Rinse the MicroDisc under running water for approximately 30 seconds to remove any loose carbon particles.
Assembling the Bottle
- Unscrew the cap from the bottle.
- Locate the filter housing inside the cap.
- Insert the prepared MicroDisc filter into the filter housing, ensuring it sits securely and flat.
- Screw the cap back onto the bottle until it is firmly closed.

To fill the bottle, unscrew the cap and fill the bottle with tap water. Do not overfill. Ensure the water level is below the filter housing when the cap is screwed back on.

The BRITA MicroDisc technology effectively reduces chlorine, microparticles, impurities, hormones, and pesticides from tap water, improving taste and odor. The filtration occurs instantly as water passes through the MicroDisc when you squeeze the bottle.
Manteniment
Neteja de l'ampolla
For optimal hygiene and performance, regular cleaning is recommended.
- The bottle (excluding the MicroDisc filter) is dishwasher-safe up to 55°C.
- Alternatively, wash all parts (except the MicroDisc) by hand with warm soapy water, then rinse thoroughly.
- Do not wash the MicroDisc filter with soap or in the dishwasher. Simply rinse it under running water if needed.
Replacing the MicroDisc Filter
For optimal filtration performance, replace the MicroDisc filter every 4 weeks or after filtering approximately 60 liters of water, whichever comes first.
- Unscrew the cap from the bottle.
- Remove the used MicroDisc filter from its housing. Dispose of the used filter responsibly.
- Insert a new, prepared MicroDisc filter (refer to "Preparing the MicroDisc Filter" in the Setup section).
- Screw the cap back onto the bottle.
