1. Introducció

3. Configuració

3.1 Muntatge del suport

1. Traieu amb cura el monitor del seu embalatge, mantenint-lo protegit sobre una superfície tova.

3. Attach the stand base to the stand neck. Tighten any screws if provided.

1. Connexió d'alimentació: Connecteu el cable d'alimentació a l'entrada d'alimentació del monitor i després a una presa de corrent.
2. Connexió de vídeo:
   • For optimal performance, use the provided DisplayPort (DP) cable to connect the monitor to your computer's graphics card.
   • Alternatively, use an HDMI 2.1 cable to connect to your computer or gaming console. The monitor features two HDMI 2.1 ports.
3. Connexió d'àudio: If you wish to use external speakers or headphones, connect them to the Audio Out port on the monitor. The monitor also has built-in speakers.

To maintain optimal display quality and extend the life of your monitor, follow these cleaning guidelines:

Si teniu problemes amb el monitor, consulteu les solucions habituals següents:

6.1 No Power / No Display

• Assegureu-vos que el cable d'alimentació estigui ben connectat tant al monitor com a una presa de corrent que funcioni.
• Verify that the power button on the monitor is pressed.
• Comproveu si la presa de corrent funciona connectant-hi un altre dispositiu.

6.2 Sense senyal / Pantalla en blanc

• Confirm that the video cable (DP or HDMI) is securely connected to both the monitor and your computer's graphics card.
• Assegureu-vos que la font d'entrada correcta estigui seleccionada al monitor mitjançant el menú OSD.
• Prova amb un cable o port de vídeo diferent si està disponible.
• Verifiqueu que l'ordinador estigui encès i que no estigui en mode de repòs.

6.3 Display Issues (Flickering, Distorted Image)

• Comproveu si el cable de vídeo està danyat o connexions soltes.

• Adjust the refresh rate settings in your operating system to match the monitor's native refresh rate (240Hz).
• If using the 280Hz overclock feature, note that it may operate for a limited time (approx. 30 minutes) before reverting to 240Hz. This is normal behavior.
• Minor backlight bleeding may be observed in very dark scenes, which is a characteristic of some VA panels and not typically a defect.
