5. Configuració
5.1 Càrrega inicial
- Place the Smart Ring into the charging case. Ensure the ring is properly seated.

- Allow the ring to charge fully. The ring battery life is approximately 7 days, with a charging time of 60 minutes. The charging case provides up to 18 additional charges.

- Download the "JYouPro App" from your device's app store (Google Play Store for Android, Apple App Store for iOS).
- Open the JYouPro App and follow the on-screen instructions to create an account or log in.

- Select your Smart Ring from the list of available devices to pair.

6. Instruccions de funcionament
6.1 Portar l'anell
Wear the Smart Ring on your finger. For optimal data accuracy, ensure a snug but comfortable fit. The ring is designed for continuous wear, including during sleep and water activities.
6.2 Monitoring Health Data
Once paired, the ring will automatically begin tracking your health data. This includes:

A view your data, open the JYouPro App on your smartphone. The app will synchronize with the ring and display your health metrics in an easy-to-understand format.

- Ensure the remote camera function is enabled within the JYouPro App settings.
- Open your smartphone's camera app.
- While wearing the ring, simply shake your finger to remotely trigger the camera shutter and capture a photo.

7. Manteniment
7.1 Neteja
To clean your Smart Ring, gently wipe it with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials, as these may damage the ceramic or stainless steel finish.
7.2 Emmagatzematge
When not in use for extended periods, store the Smart Ring in its charging case in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
