1. Introducció

This manual provides detailed instructions for the installation, operation, and maintenance of your MUSETEX Y6 Mid Tower ATX PC Case. Please read this manual thoroughly before beginning assembly to ensure proper setup and to maximize the performance and longevity of your system. The MUSETEX Y6 case is designed for an optimal visual experience and ease of setup, featuring 270° full view tempered glass panels and efficient cooling solutions.

4. Instruccions de configuració

4.1. Desembalatge i inspecció inicial

Carefully remove the PC case from its packaging. Inspect for any signs of damage during transit. Remove all protective films from the tempered glass panels. Note that the tempered glass panels may have a protective plastic film that needs to be peeled off from the edges.

4.2. Eliminació del panell

The MUSETEX Y6 case features snap-on panels for tool-free access. To remove a tempered glass side panel:

1. Locate the pull tab on one corner of the glass door.
2. Gently wiggle the panel slightly while pulling the tab. The panel is held by spring-loaded posts at the top, concealed from view.
3. The panel will release from the top, hinging at the bottom. Do not attempt to hinge it from the side, as this may cause damage.
4. Once the top is released, lift the glass panel upward from the case to fully detach it from the bottom edge.

4.3. Instal·lació de la placa base

Install your ATX, Micro-ATX, or Mini-ITX motherboard into the case. Ensure all standoffs are correctly aligned. For Mini-ITX motherboards, it is recommended to pre-route necessary cables underneath the motherboard before securing it, as space may be limited for later cable management.

Install your graphics processing unit (GPU). The case supports GPUs up to 400mm (15.75 inches) in length. Ensure proper seating in the PCIe slot and secure it with the appropriate screws or retention clips.

Install your power supply unit (PSU) in its designated compartment. The case supports PSUs up to 200mm (7.87 inches) in length. The PSU compartment features an independent ventilation channel for improved cooling.

The MUSETEX Y6 case supports up to three 2.5-inch SSDs and two 3.5-inch HDDs. Mount your storage drives in the available bays or mounting points as per your system configuration.

The case comes with three 120mm non-ARGB fans pre-installed. Additional fan and radiator mounting options are available:

• A dalt: Supports up to 3 x 120mm or 2 x 140mm fans, or 360mm/280mm/240mm radiators.
• posterior: Supports 1 x 120mm or 1 x 140mm fan, or 120mm/140mm radiator.
• A baix: Supports up to 3 x 120mm or 2 x 140mm fans.
• lateral: Supports up to 2 x 120mm fans, or 240mm/120mm radiators.

4.8. Connexions d'E/S frontals

Connect the front panel cables (USB 3.2 Type-C, USB 3.0, USB 2.0, HD Audio, Power, Reset) to the corresponding headers on your motherboard. Refer to your motherboard manual for specific header locations.

5. Instruccions de funcionament

Once all components are installed and cables are connected, replace the side panels. Connect your peripherals (monitor, keyboard, mouse) and power cable. Press the power button on the front I/O panel to start your system. The pre-installed fans will begin operating to provide cooling.

6. Manteniment

6.1. Neteja dels filtres de pols

The MUSETEX Y6 case is equipped with magnetic dust filters on the top and bottom. Regularly remove and clean these filters to prevent dust buildup and maintain optimal airflow. Simply detach the filters, gently brush or rinse off accumulated dust, and reattach them once dry.

6.2. Cleaning Tempered Glass Panels

Use a soft, lint-free cloth and a mild glass cleaner (or water) to clean the tempered glass panels. Avoid abrasive materials or harsh chemicals that could scratch or damage the glass.

7.1. Difficulty Removing Tempered Glass Panel

If you encounter difficulty removing the tempered glass side panel, ensure you are following the correct procedure as outlined in Section 4.2. Remember to wiggle the panel while pulling the tab and allow it to hinge from the bottom, not the side. Verify that all protective films have been removed.

7.2. Limited Cable Management Space

While the case offers provisions for cable tying, some users may find the space behind the motherboard tray limited. Plan your cable routing carefully during assembly. Utilize the included Velcro strips and zip ties to organize cables effectively and prevent obstruction of airflow or panel closure.

7.3. Metallic Objects Near Motherboard

Exercise caution when working inside the case, especially near the bottom edge of the motherboard. Dropped tools or screws could potentially contact electrically conductive soldered spots. Ensure all tools are secured and components are handled carefully to prevent accidental short circuits.
