1. Introducció

This manual provides essential information for the safe and effective installation, operation, and maintenance of the EIMSOAH NL03-125/2P Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS). This device is designed for 50Hz or 60Hz AC rated 110V 100A emergency power supply systems, ensuring continuous power by automatically switching between normal and standby power sources.

• Always disconnect power from both normal and standby sources before installation, inspection, or maintenance.

• The maximum surrounding temperature shall not exceed 40℃, the minimum shall not be lower than -5℃, and the average temperature within 24 hours shall not be higher than 35℃.
• The altitude of the installation site should not be higher than 2000m.
• When the maximum temperature reaches 40℃, the relative humidity of the installation site should not exceed 50%. At lower temperatures, higher humidity is permissible (e.g., 90% at 25℃). Special measures may be required to address occasional condensation.

5. Configuració i instal·lació

Before installation, carefully inspect the ATS for any damage. Ensure the operating handle moves freely to confirm the flexibility of the drive mechanism. Test the generation and disconnection conditions for each stage of load for both normal and standby power sources.

5.1 Muntatge

The ATS is designed for standard 35mm DIN rail mounting. Securely attach the switch to the DIN rail in your PZ30 distribution box or other suitable enclosure.

5.2 Connexions de cablejat

Connect the normal power source, standby power source, and load output according to the wiring diagram. Ensure all connections are tight and correct to prevent electrical hazards and ensure proper operation.

6. Instruccions de funcionament

The Automatic Transfer Switch is designed to provide continuous power by automatically switching between a normal power supply and a backup power supply.

6.1 Mode automàtic

In automatic mode, the switch continuously monitors the normal power supply. If the normal power supply becomes abnormal (e.g., power outage), the switch will automatically transfer the load to the standby power supply within milliseconds. Once the normal power supply is restored, the switch will automatically revert the load back to the normal power supply.

6.2 Mode manual

The switch can also be operated manually using the operating handle. This allows for manual selection of the power source when required, overriding the automatic function. Ensure the power is disconnected before manually switching if safety protocols require it.

8. Solució De Problemes

If the Automatic Transfer Switch is not functioning as expected, consider the following:

• No Power Transfer: Verify that both normal and standby power sources are active and correctly connected. Check for tripped circuit breakers or blown fuses.
• Funcionament intermitent: Inspect all wiring for loose connections. Ensure the environmental conditions (temperature, humidity) are within the specified limits.
• Switch Not Engaging: Check the manual operating handle for any obstructions. If in automatic mode, ensure control signals are correctly received.

If issues persist after basic troubleshooting, contact a qualified electrician or the manufacturer for assistance.
