Configuració i instal·lació
This thermometer is designed for flush mounting into a pre-drilled hole in your oven or smoker. It can serve as a replacement part or for equipping a new or existing unit.
- Prepareu el forat de muntatge: A hole with a diameter of approximately 60 mm is required for installation. Ensure the location allows for the cable sensor to extend into the cooking chamber without obstruction.

- Assegureu el termòmetre: The thermometer features a flange model with three screw holes. Use appropriate heat-resistant screws (not included) to securely fasten the thermometer to the oven exterior.
- Position the Cable Sensor: Guide the cable sensor into the cooking chamber. Ensure the sensor tip is positioned to accurately measure the ambient air temperature within the oven, away from direct flame or heating elements. The cable length is approximately 150 cm, and the probe length is 300 mm.
