3. Instruccions de configuració

1. Unpack the Bin: Traieu amb cura tots els components de l'embalatge.
2. Instal·leu les bateries:
   • Locate the battery compartment, typically on the underside of the lid or at the back of the unit.
   • Obriu la tapa del compartiment de la bateria.
   • Introduïu quatre (4) piles AA, assegurant-vos de la polaritat correcta (+/-).
   • Tanqueu bé la tapa del compartiment de la bateria.

3. Insert Inner Bin and Liner:
   • Place the inner bin into the main unit.
   • Fit a suitable trash bag (liner) into the inner bin, ensuring the edges are neatly tucked.
4. Position the Bin: Place the bin in your desired location. The semi-round shape allows it to fit snugly against a wall.

4. Instruccions de funcionament

4.1 Automatic Sensor Operation

1. Activa el sensor: Ensure batteries are installed and the bin is powered on (if there's a power switch, typically located near the battery compartment).
2. Tapa oberta: Wave your hand or an object approximately 10-15 cm above the sensor located on the lid. The lid will open automatically.
3. Tanca la tapa: The lid will close automatically after a few seconds of inactivity.

4.2 Manual Lid Operation

For situations requiring the lid to remain open for an extended period, or if batteries are depleted, you can operate the lid manually.

• Gently lift the lid by hand to open it.
• To close, gently push the lid down until it is fully shut.

4.3 Funcionament silenciós

The EKO Sensor Bin features a unique spring and hinge system designed for quiet operation, minimizing noise during opening and closing cycles.

5. Manteniment i cura

Regular cleaning and proper care will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your EKO Sensor Bin.

• Neteja exterior: Netegeu l'exterior d'acer inoxidable amb un drap suau iamp cloth. For stubborn marks, use a stainless steel cleaner. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scourers that may damage the finish. The special coating helps prevent greasy fingerprints.
• Neteja interior: Remove the inner bin and wash it with mild soap and water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely before placing it back into the main unit. The inner bin is made of stain-resistant plastic for easy cleaning.
• Neteja de la tapa: Netegeu la tapa amb l'anunciamp cloth. Ensure no water enters the battery compartment or sensor area.
• Deodorizer Pocket: The lid features a deodorizer pocket. Replace the deodorizer filter periodically as needed (deodorizer sold separately).
• Substitució de la bateria: Replace all four AA batteries when the sensor operation becomes sluggish or stops working. Always use new batteries of the same type.
