Configuració i instal·lació

This section guides you through the process of installing the e-bike conversion kit onto your bicycle. It is recommended to have basic bicycle maintenance knowledge or seek professional assistance if unsure.

1. Prepare Your Bicycle

Ensure your bicycle's front fork has an open size of 100mm.

2. Install the Motor Rim

Find a suitable location on your bicycle frame for the controller box, typically near the battery or on the downtube. Use the provided cable ties to secure it.
Mount the LCD display on your handlebars in a position that is easily visible and accessible.

4. Connect Electrical Components

Refer to the wiring diagram below for proper connections. Ensure all connections are firm and secure.

Connect the motor adapter cable from the hub motor to the controller.
Connect the display cable to the controller.
Install the throttle on the handlebars and connect its cable to the controller.
Replace your existing brake levers with the provided power cut-off brake levers and connect their cables to the controller. These levers cut power to the motor when brakes are applied, enhancing safety.
Install the PAS (Pedal Assist System) sensor on your bicycle's bottom bracket area, ensuring it aligns with the crank. Connect its cable to the controller.
Connect your 48V battery (not included) to the controller's battery input.
Use the provided cable ties and plastic coil to neatly manage and protect all cables.
