- Read all instructions before using the moka pot.
- Do not touch hot surfaces. Use the handle and lid knob.
- Ensure the moka pot is securely assembled before placing it on a heat source.
- Do not overfill the water chamber beyond the safety valve level.
- Never use the moka pot without water in the lower chamber.

Configuració
Before first use, wash all parts with warm soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and dry. Brew 2-3 batches of coffee and discard them to season the moka pot and remove any manufacturing residues.

- Unscrew the upper chamber from the lower chamber.
- Remove the filter funnel from the lower chamber.
- Fill the lower chamber with cold water up to the level of the safety valve. Do not exceed this level.

Instruccions de funcionament
Elaboració de cafè:
- Place the assembled moka pot on a suitable heat source (gas, electric, ceramic hob) over medium heat.
- Keep the lid open during brewing to monitor the coffee flow.
- As the water heats, pressure builds in the lower chamber, forcing hot water up through the coffee grounds in the filter funnel and into the upper chamber.
- Once the upper chamber is filled with coffee and you hear a gurgling sound, remove the moka pot from the heat immediately.
- Close the lid and pour the freshly brewed coffee into cups.
Consell: For best results, use fresh, cold water and quality coffee grounds. Do not use too fine a grind, as it can clog the filter and impede brewing.

Proper cleaning and maintenance will extend the life of your moka pot.
- Allow the moka pot to cool completely before disassembling and cleaning.
- Unscrew the upper chamber from the lower chamber.
- Discard used coffee grounds from the filter funnel.
- Wash all parts (upper chamber, lower chamber, filter funnel, silicone gasket, filter plate) with warm water and a mild detergent.
