3. Muntatge i muntatge

The OKAI Ranger Electric Bike requires some assembly upon arrival. Follow these steps carefully to ensure proper setup.

3.1 Desembalatge i inspecció inicial

1. Traieu amb cura tots els components de l'embalatge.
2. Check for any visible damage during shipping. Contact customer support immediately if damage is found.
3. Verifiqueu que hi hagi totes les peces que figuren a la llista d'embalatge.

3.2 Instal·lació del manillar

1. Fixeu el manillar a la potència, assegurant-vos que estigui correctament alineat.
2. Tighten the stem bolts securely using the provided tools.

3.3 Front Wheel and Fender Attachment

1. Install the front wheel into the fork dropouts. Ensure the quick-release skewer is properly secured.
2. Attach the front fender to the fork using the designated mounting points.

3.4 Instal·lació de pedals

1. Identifiqueu els pedals esquerre (L) i dret (R).
2. Enrosqueu els pedals a les bieles. El pedal dret s'estreny en sentit horari, el pedal esquerre s'estreny en sentit antihorari.
3. Estrenyeu fermament amb una clau anglesa.

3.5 Ajust de la tija del seient i del seient

1. Inseriu la tija del seient al tub del seient del quadre.
2. Adjust the saddle height to ensure comfortable and safe riding posture. The minimum seat to floor height is 31.3 inches.
3. Assegureu la palanca o el cargol de desbloqueig ràpid.

3.6 Instal·lació i càrrega de la bateria

1. Insert the removable battery into its compartment in the downtube.

4. Instruccions de funcionament

4.1 Engegada/apagada

• To power on, press and hold the power button on the integrated LCD touchscreen until the display illuminates.

4.2 Using the LCD Touchscreen

The integrated LCD touchscreen provides essential riding information and allows for control of various functions.

• Mostra informació: View current speed, battery level, assist level, trip distance, and total mileage.
• Assist Level Adjustment: Use the controls on the display to cycle through different pedal assist levels (e.g., Eco, Standard, Sport).
• Control dels fars: Activate or deactivate the integrated headlight via the display controls.

4.3 Modes de conducció

The OKAI Ranger offers multiple riding modes to suit your preference and terrain.

• Mode d'assistència al pedaleig (PAS): The motor provides assistance as you pedal. Different levels offer varying degrees of power.
• Mode d'acceleració: Engage the throttle for power without pedaling (check local regulations for throttle use).

4.4 Canvi de marxes

5. Manteniment

5.1 Neteja

• Netegeu el marc i els components amb anuncisamp cloth. Avoid high-pressure washing.
• Clean the chain regularly and apply bicycle-specific lubricant.

5.2 Cura de la bateria

• Carregueu la bateria regularment, fins i tot si no l'esteu fent servir, per mantenir-ne el bon estat.
• Emmagatzemeu la bateria en un lloc fresc i sec, lluny de la llum solar directa i de temperatures extremes.
• Do not expose the battery to water or moisture beyond its IP67 rating.

5.3 Pressió dels pneumàtics

• Comproveu la pressió dels pneumàtics abans de cada trajecte. Consulteu el flanc del pneumàtic per conèixer la PSI recomanada.
• Proper tire pressure improves ride quality, efficiency, and tire lifespan.

5.4 Inspecció de frens

• Inspeccioneu regularment les pastilles de fre per detectar desgast i substituïu-les quan sigui necessari.
• Assegureu-vos que les manetes de fre estiguin fermes i responguin bé. Ajusteu la tensió del cable si cal.

6. Solució De Problemes

6.1 Bike Not Powering On

• Comproveu la bateria: Ensure the battery is fully charged and properly seated in its compartment.
