4. Guia de configuració

Setting up your AlkiVision security camera is designed to be straightforward. Please follow these steps:

Descarrega l'aplicació: Cerca and download the "VicoHome" app from your device's app store (Google Play Store for Android or Apple App Store for iOS). Alternatively, you can scan the QR code provided in the camera's packaging or quick start guide.
Registreu un compte: Open the VicoHome app and follow the on-screen prompts to register a new user account.
Instal·leu la càmera: Screw the camera into a standard E27/E26 light socket (110V~240V) as you would a light bulb. Ensure the power to the socket is on.
Engegar i reiniciar: Once installed, the camera will power on. Locate the reset button (usually a small pinhole) on the camera. Press and hold the reset button for 2-3 seconds until you hear a prompt or see an indicator light change, signifying it's ready for connection.
Connecta't a Wi-Fi:
- Bluetooth Connection (Recommended): Ensure your phone's Bluetooth is enabled. The VicoHome app should automatically detect the camera and prompt you to connect to your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. (Note: 5GHz Wi-Fi is NOT supported).
- QR Code Connection (Alternative): If Bluetooth connection is not available or fails, the app will display a QR code. Position your camera to scan this QR code from your phone screen. The camera will confirm successful scanning and proceed with Wi-Fi connection.
