2. Insert Vegetable: With the other hand, carefully insert the prepared vegetable or fruit into the spiralizer's opening, pushing it gently against the blades.
3. Twist and Turn: Begin twisting the vegetable clockwise while simultaneously pushing it forward into the spiralizer. The blades will cut the vegetable into continuous spirals.
4. Collect Spirals: As you twist, the spirals will emerge from the other end of the spiralizer. Collect them in a bowl or on a plate.
5. Continue until Finished: Continue twisting until the vegetable is fully spiralized or until you reach a small core that cannot be processed further.
