This manual provides detailed instructions for the installation, operation, and maintenance of your CURISEE 2K Wireless Outdoor Solar Powered Security Camera. This camera is designed to provide comprehensive home security with features like 2K HD video, 360° viewing, AI motion detection, two-way audio, and solar charging.

1. Download the VicoHome App
To avoid scams and malware, download the app only from your phone's official app store. You can also use your phone's built-in scanner to scan the QR code provided below.

2. Power On and Activate Pairing Mode
Hold the power button for 5 seconds to enter pairing mode. The camera will emit a continuous 'Ding Dong' sound and a flashing light. If the camera does not operate, double-click the power button to reset and connect.

3. Connect the Camera to the VicoHome App
Open the VicoHome app. Tap "Add Device" or the "+" icon at the top right, then select "Add Device".
Nota:
- Please grant necessary permissions like Bluetooth and Location to ensure smooth app-camera connection.
- The camera supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi only. Ensure your device is connected to a compatible network.

This IP65-rated camera is designed to withstand various outdoor conditions, including rain, snow, and harsh temperatures from -4°F to 113°F (-20°C to 45°C). Regular cleaning of the solar panel and camera lens is recommended to ensure optimal performance.

Resolució de problemes
"Wi-Fi Password Error"
If you hear the "Wi-Fi Password Error" prompt, please check whether the Wi-Fi password you entered in the App is correct.
Camera Not Turning On / Entering Pairing Mode
Hold the power button for 5 seconds to enter pairing mode with a continuous 'Ding Dong' sound and flashing light. If the camera doesn't operate, please DOUBLE-CLICK the power button to reset and connect.
"Wi-Fi not found"
If you hear the "Wi-Fi not found" prompt, please check whether you selected or entered the correct Wi-Fi name. Place the device near the Wi-Fi router and ensure that the router is powered on. Please note that 5Ghz Wi-Fi cannot be searched by the device; ensure you are using a 2.4Ghz network.
Pan/Tilt Functionality Issues
If the pan/tilt function stops working, ensure there are no physical obstructions. If the issue persists, try resetting the camera by double-clicking the power button. If the problem continues, contact customer support.
Excessive Notifications
If you are receiving too many notifications for non-relevant events, adjust the detection sensitivity settings in the VicoHome app. You can also customize detection zones to exclude areas where motion is not critical.
