4. Guia de configuració

4.1 Instal·lació i càrrega de la bateria

The RT68H walkie talkies come with 1200mAh Li-ion batteries. Ensure batteries are fully charged before first use.

1. To install the battery, align the battery pack with the back of the walkie talkie and slide it into place until it clicks securely.
2. For charging, use the provided six-way multi-unit charger. Connect the charger to a standard AC outlet using the adapter.
3. Place the walkie talkies (with batteries installed) or individual spare batteries into the charging slots. The indicator light on the charger will show the charging status.
4. A full charge typically provides approximately 10 hours of work time and 30 hours of standby time.

4.2 Col·locació d'accessoris

• Auricular: Plug the 2-pin acoustic tube headset into the audio jack on the side of the walkie talkie for discreet and hands-free communication.

5. Instruccions de funcionament

5.1 Engegada/Apagada i control de volum

To power on the walkie talkie, rotate the top knob clockwise. Continue rotating to increase the volume. Rotate counter-clockwise to decrease volume and power off.

5.2 Selecció de canals

The RT68H has 16 channels. To select a channel, rotate the channel selector knob on the top of the radio. The display will show the current channel number. Ensure all radios intended for communication are set to the same channel.

5.3 Transmissió i recepció

• Premeu per parlar (PTT): To transmit, press and hold the large PTT button on the side of the radio. Speak clearly into the microphone. Release the PTT button to receive.
• VOX (Transmissió activada per veu): If VOX is enabled, you can transmit by speaking into the microphone without pressing the PTT button. This is ideal for hands-free operation. Refer to advanced settings for VOX activation.

To prevent accidental changes to settings, you can activate the keypad lock.

• To lock the keypad, press and hold the side button (usually the lower one) for a few seconds until a confirmation tone is heard or the lock icon appears on the display.
• To unlock, short press the same side button.
